Lin Mu stood at the center of the hall, his expression calm yet focused.

What he was about to do was not sothing that could be explained easily if discovered. While ordinary demonic techniques might be tolerated to so extent, this was sothing else entirely. The aura of such an art would be unmistakable to those who understood its nature.

He sat down as he went over what he was supposed to do. And after a few minutes of ditation he chanted the Burning Heart Sutra, and then used the Bloodline Unraveling Demonic Art.

A minute later when he raised his hand slightly, a faint trace of dark energy began to gather at his fingertips.

Lin Mu sat in the center of the sealed chamber, his expression calm yet deeply focused as he observed the energy coiling faintly around his hand. The mont he allowed the Demonic Qi to surface, he imdiately sensed the difference.

This was not the sa energy he had accessed before through the Burning Heart Sutra.

The energy resting upon his palm did not resemble the usual demonic aura he was familiar with. Normally, Demonic Qi manifested in shades of crimson, sotis dark, sotis vibrant, but always carrying a distinct fiery undertone. This, however, was sothing else entirely.

It was darker.

Far darker.

The energy seed to absorb light rather than reflect it, its surface shifting like thick oil. Within that darkness, faint streaks of deep red pulsed sluggishly, as if blood had been mixed into a viscous black substance. It moved slowly, unnaturally, giving off a presence that felt heavy and oppressive.

"This is..." Lin Mu murmured inwardly.

"Dark Demonic Qi." Lin Mo replied, his tone carrying a trace of satisfaction.

Lin Mu's eyes narrowed slightly as he continued to observe it.

This was not rely Demonic Qi.

It was sothing more complex.

A fusion.

He could clearly sense the presence of demonic attributes, but intertwined with it was another layer, sothing deeper and more obscure. It was not difficult for him to identify it.

Dark Elental Qi.

"That should not be possible," Lin Mu thought. "I do not possess an affinity for the darkness elent."

"And yet here it is," Lin Mo said lightly. "So techniques do not care about your affinities. They are so domineering that they shape the energy themselves."

Lin Mu did not respond imdiately. He focused instead on the sensation of the energy in his hand.

It was... uncomfortable.

Not painful, but unsettling.

The Dark Demonic Qi did not flow as smoothly as his other energies. It resisted his control in subtle ways, its nature inherently unstable and invasive. He could feel faint traces of it attempting to seep into his ridians, probing, testing.

A lesser cultivator would have already lost control.

Lin Mu, however, remained steady.

Without hesitation, he began circulating another energy within his body. The Calming Heart Sutra of the Buddhist Path.

A gentle, pure aura erged from within him, spreading outward like a quiet tide. It was warm, clear, and stabilizing, completely opposite to the dark energy in his hand. As the Buddhist energy ca into contact with the Dark Demonic Qi, a visible reaction occurred.

The black, oil-like substance flickered.

Sizzle

A faint hissing sound echoed within the chamber, though no physical sound was truly produced. The oppressive nature of the energy diminished slightly, its chaotic tendencies restrained under the influence of the calming force.

Lin Mu felt the difference imdiately.

The discomfort eased.

The invasive probing ceased.

The Dark Demonic Qi, while still dangerous, was now contained.

"I can manage it." Lin Mu said calmly.

Lin Mo gave a low chuckle. "Good. It would be embarrassing if you hard yourself before even starting."

Lin Mu ignored the remark. With his control stabilized, he turned his attention to the task ahead and with a wave of his hand, a cauldron appeared before him. It landed silently upon the ground, its surface gleaming faintly under the ambient light of the chamber. The cauldron was intricately crafted, its exterior layered with patterns that resembled flowing blood frozen in ti. The faint aura it emitted was unmistakable.

The Bloody Glaze Immortal Cauldron.

Lin Mu's choice was deliberate.

From the countless tools within his storage, this was the most suitable for handling blood refinent. It was not intended for final pill creation, but for preparatory processes, where raw blood needed to be purified and

transford into usable forms.

Its properties aligned perfectly with the Blood Essence Transmogrifying Art.

Lin Mu took out a vial of foxkin blood, one that had been collected from the

Fla Fur Tribe. Without hesitation, he poured it into the cauldron.

The liquid spread across the bottom thinly. It was barely enough to cover the

surface which then made Lin Mu pause.

"That will not be sufficient." he muttered.

Without wasting ti, he retrieved more samples.

One vial...

Then another...

And another.

He continued until thirty additional samples had been added, the blood gradually accumulating within the cauldron until it reached a more workable volu. Even then, it only filled about a quarter of the vessel.

Fortunately, the cauldron itself was adjustable.

With a simple input of Qi, Lin Mu reduced its size, compressing its internal space until the blood reached an optimal depth for refinent.

He exhaled softly.

"This should suffice."

He had already exhausted all the samples collected from the Fla Fur Foxkin.

There would be no room for error in this attempt.

Lin Mu raised his hand slightly, his immortal sense extending into the cauldron.

Then, he began.

The Blood Essence Transmogrifying Art activated.

At first, nothing seed to happen but then the blood stirred... Slowly.

The surface rippled as if sothing within it had awakened. The liquid began to

move on its own, forming subtle currents that spiraled inward. The motion grew more pronounced with ti, the entire mass of blood trembling as if responding to an unseen force.

Lin Mu maintained steady control, guiding the process with precision. Ti passed as minutes turned into hours and eventually three hours were

gone.

Throughout this period, Lin Mu did not move. His attention remained fixed on the cauldron, his immortal sense observing every minute change within the

blood.
