At so point, Cattaleya turned to Elyon.

"We need sothing to do," she said.

Elyon looked at her calmly.

"What do you suggest?"

Cattaleya thought for a mont.

Then pointed outside.

"Let's find shapes."

Elyon raised a brow slightly.

"Shapes?"

"In the asteroids," she clarified. "That one looks like a beast. That one looks like a sword."

Elyon followed her gaze.

And after a brief pause he agreed.

And so they began.

They spent hours identifying shapes among the drifting rocks. So resembled creatures. Others looked like objects. Occasionally, they would argue over interpretations, each insisting their view was more accurate.

It was simple.

But it passed the ti.

Eventually, even that grew tireso.

They tried gas next.

Chess.

Xianqi.

Weiqi.

Elyon was patient, thodical, and precise. His moves were calculated, his strategies well thought out.

Cattaleya... Was not as interested.

"This is too slow," she said after a few rounds.

She lost interest quickly.

I so, she turned to Lin Mu.

"Give sothing to read," she demanded.

Lin Mu handed her several jade slips knowing she won't really like the academic stuff. So he gave her sothing she might like more.

Adventure novels.

Stories written by cultivators.

Tales of exploration, battle, discovery, and legend.

At first, she approached them casually. But soon she beca absorbed.

"These are actually interesting," she admitted.

Without physical training available, she found herself drawn into the stories. The characters, the worlds, the challenges they faced, all of it kept her engaged.

In an ironic twist, she began spending hours reading.

If she could not fight she would imagine them.

Daoist Chu remained the most composed among them.

The environnt did not affect him much. It was not his first ti traveling through space, as he had done it many tis for Immortal Court missions before. As such he spent his ti cultivating, his presence steady and calm as he refined his Qi. At the sa ti, he guided ng Bai, offering insights and correcting his understanding when needed.

Beyond that, his focus extended to research.

Space presented unique conditions.

The lack of gravity.

The absence of air.

The presence of different forms of energy.

He began studying how these factors influenced formations and talismans. He experinted with small-scale arrays, observing how they behaved differently compared to within a world. At tis, he would gaze out into the distance, his mind working through concepts far beyond imdiate application. "Star-based formations..." he murmured once.

The idea fascinated him.

Arrays that used celestial bodies as anchors.

Planets.

Stars.

Even entire systems.

The complexity was imnse.

The scale incomprehensible.

For now, he could only begin to understand the principles behind them.

Lin Mu, anwhile, divided his ti carefully.

Navigation had beco simpler.

The ship's autopilot function handled most of the movent, following the calculated trajectory while avoiding obstacles automatically.

This freed Lin Mu from constant control.

He spent part of his ti monitoring their course, ensuring everything

remained stable.

The rest...

He spent cultivating.

Within the Sleepscape, he absorbed the resources he had gathered.

Herbs.

Pills.

Fruits.

All infused with elental energy. All contributing to the growth of his

elental cores.

He had accumulated a vast supply. Enough to sustain his progress throughout the journey. And each session brought gradual improvent.

Refinent.

Stability.

Growth.

Ti passed quietly and steadily. The ship continued its path through the endless expanse and two full weeks had passed since their departure from the

Fox Scion world.

Within that ti, Lin Mu had made steady progress in cultivation. The resources he had obtained from the Foxkin were abundant, and the quality of those herbs, fruits, and pills far exceeded what he would normally have access

to.

He had already absorbed a considerable portion of them, refining their energies into his elental cores with careful precision. Even so, there was a natural

limit to how much one could push forward continuously.

Lin Mu understood that well.

And so, on this particular day, he chose to pause.

He entered the Sleepscape.

The transition was seamless. The internal world greeted him with its familiar

calm, the environnt shaped by his will and sustained by his power. The air

felt rich, filled with immortal qi and immortal essence that supported both life

and growth.

Lin Mu took a slow breath.

"It has been a while since I last walked around properly," he muttered.

His gaze moved across the landscape.

The plants he had cultivated here stretched across the terrain in different

spots.

He walked among them, inspecting and observing.

Every plant was in excellent condition.

There were no signs of decay, imbalance, or instability. The environnt he

had created ensured optimal growth, and the resources he had gathered from various places had further enriched the soil and energy within this space.

"Stable," Lin Mu murmured.

Satisfied, he continued walking and checked Ashy who was still deep in cultivation.

Before long, he sensed movent.

Little Shrubby approached first, his large form moving with a mix of grace and

strength.

The twins followed.

Xiao Yin and Xiao Yang slithered close, their bodies coiling gently as they

observed Lin Mu with curious eyes.

Lin Mu smiled faintly.

"Co," he said.

The beasts did not hesitate.

What followed was a period of simple interaction.

Lin Mu played with them.

He moved across the terrain, occasionally engaging them in light sparring.

There was no intent to train seriously, only to enjoy the mont and maintain

their connection.

Little Shrubby lunged with controlled force, his claws stopping just short of

actual impact. Of course he could use full force with Lin Mu, but they didn't want to accidentally damage the plants.

The twins also moved in tandem, their coordination flawless as they attempted

to flank Lin Mu.

Lin Mu responded effortlessly.

Dodging.

Redirecting. Occasionally countering.

The exchanges were fluid, almost playful, yet they still carried an undercurrent

of skill and awareness.

Ti passed.

And as it did, Lin Mu's thoughts drifted.

The Nurturing Heart Sutra.

Its recent breakthrough had been significant and he had reached the third

stage: Internal Resonance.

Yet, he had not fully understood its effects.
