Damian Sinclair took out a pen and signed at the bottom of the docunt, then looked up, "Is it about Bella?"
"Yes." The assistant explained the situation, "Originally, it was Vivian Norris who said sothing she shouldn’t have, intentionally making things difficult for Ms. Acker, and a friend of hers stepped in to support Ms. Acker, thus offending Vivian Norris."
Damian picked up another docunt placed nearby and asked casually, "Who?"
The assistant thought the boss was asking about Ms. Acker’s friend and quickly shared what they knew, "Elaine Vaughn, an experienced actress with her own studio, and she’s signed a few artists. Vivian Norris wants to target her and the resources of her artists."
"I was asking who Vivian Norris is." Damian opened the file in his hand without lifting his head.
The assistant was montarily stunned and felt a bit embarrassed. It seed that even though this celebrity nad Vivian Norris had flitted around in front of the boss for so ti, he couldn’t even rember who she was. Well, apart from focusing on Ms. Acker, any other woman in his eyes was probably no more than a slightly more advanced creature. Doesn’t matter if it’s male or female.
Recalling how Vivian Norris tried to ingratiate herself with the boss, the assistant couldn’t help but silently feel a touch of sympathy for her.
The assistant said, "She won the Hundred Flowers Best Actress award and is quite well-known in the entertainnt circle. I heard her on the phone; it sounded like she was contacting Young Master Lynch."
"Jaden Lynch?" Damian finally lifted his eyelid. But it wasn’t out of respect; he just thought this woman nad Vivian Norris wasn’t too bright, getting involved with soone like Jaden Lynch, a trust fund baby who achieved nothing but disappointnt for his family.
"Yes." The assistant nodded.
In all of Creston, when ntioning Young Master, it could only be the eldest son of The Lynch Family.
Damian didn’t even bother with a sneer and continued handling the docunt in his hand.
The assistant hesitated for a mont before asking, "Boss, do we need to step in to help Ms. Acker’s friend?"
"No need." Damian swiftly signed his na at the bottom of the docunt. His handwriting was strong and vigorous, "Wait until she cos to willingly."
On such matters, the assistant naturally didn’t dare to inquire further and sensibly changed the topic, "Boss, President Lloyd of Aurelian dia has already begun fulfilling the promise he made to you."
"He wouldn’t dare not to." Damian put the docunt down, "Return to Creston."
"Understood." The assistant waved to the driver beside them, and the car started moving.
Damian crossed his legs, leaned back slightly with a mix of coldness and laziness, and glanced at the slowly receding entrance of the production set through the car window. He thought: Bella, I’ll be waiting for you to co back and ask for my help.
On set, Bella Acker finished her al and was tidying up the bowls and chopsticks when she suddenly sneezed loudly for no apparent reason.
Mystified, why did her back feel cold?
Bella Acker frowned, shook her head in confusion, and continued tidying up the dishes.
"Ms. Acker, you should take a break; we’ll handle the cleanup." The two assistants of Elaine Vaughn offered while helping to clean up the dishes.
"It’s fine, I’m not tired, I’ll tidy up with you."
The two assistants thought she was nice and stopped being formal, so the three of them cleaned up and chatted together.
The subsequent filming went smoothly, and Farah Garner, having learned her lesson, temporarily stopped causing trouble. Elaine Vaughn didn’t have many scenes; after finishing her role, she imdiately flew abroad for an advertisent shoot, leaving Shaw to take care of Sharon Cheney and Bella Acker.
Bella Acker kept an eye on Vivian Norris more attentively, but all Vivian did was act every day, without any notable actions, nor did she go out of her way to trouble Bella again. Yet, Bella just had an inexplicable feeling of unease.
