What Saron pass down is the thod of fighting he possess and the insight he has about strategy and battle.
And Khunbish and Saron is also influenced with many of the cultures of Zhou. Saron teaches Khunbish the etiquette of Zhou and Khunbish learns it and where there is etiquette, there is propriety.
And where there is propriety, there is bonds
Duty, obligations, things you do for the people you love would make you happy. Those who do things for themselves rarely feels happy.
Because their happiness is tied to desire. And desire.....has no end. Hence, the pursuit of happiness for self is like an epheral illusion.
But what you do for other lives on.
Between Saron and Khunbish there is a bond that is as strong as the bond between sworn brothers and families.
Khunbish was there when Saron already determine that he would pit his most elite warrior against Belarion when dawn ca and the battle ca to be fought
That was the plan.
The plan clearly did not follow their desire.
Belarion crush the front line like it was nothing and right now the southern side of the battlefield is broken
Even though Saron is sending n to fill that gap, it could not easily be close. Belarion would not allow Saron to close it
As for Saron, unfortunately, he was on the northern side.
Even though Khunbish knows this, he could not help but want Saron to interfere in the southern side. If there is anyone who could stop Belarion, that would be Saron.
It would be his teacher

Saron could only show his great strength when he is paired with his n. This is because the general knows the soldier, and the soldier knows the general.
They fit each other after working and killing with each other for a long ti. That is what makes them lethal, powerful and unbeatable.
A tiger leading a group of sheep could make the sheep beco tiger. But a sheep leading tigers, would make even tigers lost its fangs and claws.
The sa goes for Khunbish.
Khunbish n is known to be good at raids.
And there are so other forces that are good at stealth.
While so others are good at shock attack.
And so others at ambushing. Every commander, every captain has their own specialties and their own quirks
This made them formidable when they are commanding their n.
When they command their n, the loyalty they have against each other could not be wavered.
They all know each other, and everyone is like family.
But once they are separated, a commander of a different army could not effectively command an army of a different commander.
They can but they did not know how the army under them operate.
A heavy cavalry commander commanding a light cavalry unit, not only the tactic is different, but the feeling is also different
Khunbish is worried about this.
Of course, he did not know if Aeryon listen to this he would applaud this kind of division.
Unified command is good and all that but in the modern world, warfare is not about fielding a large army.
With technology, certain modes of war is not applicable. If you fielded a ten thousand n in a formation, all it needs to do to destroy you would be a drone strike in the centre
Modern warfare has drones and the division they created is also elite division that is created to tackle this kind of thing, and every elite division have their objective
Clear order and command
Nergui tribe master this accidentally. There are division for heavy attack, there is division for light attack, for stealth, and so on and so forth
The only difference is that they did not know how to systematize it and how to take advantage of it.
The reason why Aeryon did not create such unit is because in this world, the technology did not yet reach a level where Aeryon need to think to create an assault division with fire power
Right now, doing the formation fielding a large army, doing what Genghis Khan had done when he conquered the Steppe is more than enough

Khunbish look at the guard. He sighed and then the guard release him

Jabali his Andawan, his sworn brother is coming towards him
Jabali look at Khunbish, then he looks at the battle in the distance and then he sighed.
"You are injured. Stay here. Do not let worry about you"
Khunbish look at the battlefield in the distance. The fire, the screams, the shouts, the clanging of shield and arms, all of it sound so clear to him and he could not help but shake his head
The n of Nergui are being slaughtered and killed right now.
He could not have expected this kind of fighting power from the Brolgadhr. He had always heard that the Brolgadhr fighting power is one of a kind
Buit it isn’t until now, he understood why the Brolgadhr tribe has never been defeated since it began its conquest in the Steppe.
With such an armoured army, a ragtag tribe could not do anything.
The only way to repel them is to crush them thoroughly. And for that to happen, they must use many n. And many warriors. Even one more would help.

Jabali co closer to Khunbish and pull him away from the horse stable and basically push him away leading him back to his tent

"Belarion is tearing apart the formation. In half an hour he would break through to the settlent. And then once Karaldyk is taken, how could the main force in the Nergui settlent could stood still. Either the chief had to co here and relieve the siege or mount a decisive battle against Belarion to regain this place"
But Jabali shakes his head
"It is not your duty. You have done yours. Now, it is the affairs of those of High and of those who holds power"
Jabali look at his sworn brother and sighed
His face expression itself is hard, and one could see from the eyebags that he is also worried
Then he shakes his head
