We returned back to the city with everyone in the expedition force.

It feels like most of the Dungeoneers were done with Dungeoneering, at least for today I guess.

I thought so of them might actually give up on Dungeoneering completely but instead, all I heard was them muttering about needing to grow stronger instead of giving up.

I suppose that's the common sense here? The girls we saw running away might also have recovered and probably decided to grow their strength instead of just giving up.

But now… I guess we're free until the next day where we would have to go back to the knight outpost.

Three different spoons were shoved in front of , each one containing a different flavoured ice cream.

Well… In case you're wondering, the girls are taking out on a date… Which was, according to them, bringing to various sweets stores and letting eat different kinds of sweets.

I don't know what kind of enjoynt they get out of this because they weren't even eating the sweets themselves, they were just making eat them instead while they watched.

I did figure out there was so kind of competition going on between the girls but I wasn't sure what the competition was.

The only reason why I even knew there was a competition was the fact that one of them would suddenly throw up their hands in celebration without warning after I ate the sweets they presented but I don't know what criteria they were working on.

Still, I wasn't going to say no to sweets so I just happily ate any dessert they were feeding to without complaint.

Mmmm!! These are all so good!! I didn't even know this city had so many great desert stores! If I had known, I would have co here earlier!!

Oh, speaking of which, the only person not with us was Emilia since she went to sell the Mana Crystals to the knights and also to look for a Grey Walker that might be able to transport us to the Frostiminir Kingdom.

I didn't even know this but apparently there was also a guild ant for Grey Walkers and you can hire one through them to get teleportation services.

It's basically the most premium mode of transport and normally only the really rich use it or the really desperate.

Also, because there are so few Grey Walkers, there might even be a waiting list where you would have to join a queue before it is your turn to get teleported.

Apparently the fact that the Nilm Family even has a resident Grey Walker was a really, really privileged thing to have in the first place since most Grey Walkers wouldn't tie themselves down to one place.

With their ability, they are already treated on the level of nobles and having one who is willing to bow their heads and serve soone else is a really big deal.

Then again… This was Mother that we're talking about so I'm not surprised.

As I was being dragged, ahem… I an as we were making our way to the next dessert store though, we were intercepted by a group of female Dungeoneers.

Oh, this was one of the groups I healed back then. And I think this group was also one of the other groups that were able to fight the dinosaurs and defeat them too.

I think they were B ranked or sothing but I didn't really catch their nas.

Their leader was a female Mahun with a greatsword on her back that was almost as big as I was and her party ca into the clearing while dragging along the head of a dead T-Rex.

She crossed her arms and nodded at our group, "This is your party, Miss Aster?"

I'm actually surprised she rembered my na since I only offered it as a passing remark when she asked for it after I healed them.

I nodded at them, "That's right. You are the one who ca back dragging that head of the monster, right?"

"I am honoured that you rembered us, Miss Aster."

Err… I an… It's hard to forget when you're the only group that dragged in such a big monster head, you know?

The fact that your armour was barely containing your big assets and they were practically spilling out had nothing to do with it, of course.

Or the fact that all of your party mbers were won and they all looked especially attractive…

She continued, "Miss Aster, I will be blunt. Would you consider joining our party instead?"

I blinked at her but before I could even respond, my girls imdiately stepped in front of to block from her view.

"You've got guts, I'll give you that," Odeta growled, crossing her arms in front of her chest. "You think we would just stand at the side and keep our mouths shut while you try to steal our Aster?"

The leader of that party frowned at Odeta, "I believe that it's normal for a party leader to try and recruit talented mbers to their party, no? I can see that Miss Aster is a talented healer so I would be stupid not to extend an invitation."

"Hmm… At least you have good eyes," Lisa comnted from beside Odeta. "But too bad, she's not going anywhere. If you want to sleep with her though… We wouldn't mind~"

Lisa… Why are you always thinking about sex all the ti?

"While I would very much like to take you up on that offer, that is not what I'm here for right now," The woman countered, not even blinking at Lisa's words as though she just asked sothing normal.

Odeta scoffed at her, "What, do you really think Sister Aster is going to just join you like that? You're not worthy!"

"Hmm… Perhaps… But in my eyes, I believe our party is more than worthy though. I'm just asking Miss Aster to consider."

"Wahahaha! What even makes you say that you are worthy?!"

"I did not see your party dragging back the head of one of those monsters, did you?"

"Ha?! That's because-- Mmmgghh?!"

Katsuki quickly appeared on Odeta's back and reached her hands forward to cover Odeta's mouth before she could reveal the fact that they had stored everything into my Bangle of Folding.

Obviously the fact that I had an artefact like that wasn't sothing that we wanted to advertise in the first place so Katsuki did the right thing in stopping her.

"We had been focused on searching for survivors and guiding them back to the safe zone instead of gathering materials. However, we did indeed kill one of those monsters that you had killed as well, only that we did not bring it back with us," Katsuki explained.

Well… That was technically true… They weren't the ones gathering the materials after they killed them… My Shadow Guards were.

What, you think we were going to let those materials go to waste? Of course not!

The leader of the other party narrowed her eyes at Katsuki, "Is that so?"

Katsuki said nothing and rely stared back at the leader, as though daring her to doubt her.

Eventually, the woman backed down, "I see… In that case, may I suggest a wager?"

Odeta pulled Katsuki's hands away from her mouth to grin at her, "Oh, a challenge you an? What do you have in mind?"

She nodded in my direction, "Obviously you know that we would like to recruit Miss Aster over there. So my challenge is this… Tomorrow the knights will most likely bring us back to the Dungeon to clear it out again. So I propose that we turn this into a competition between our parties as well. The party that gathers the highest total value of Mana Crystals during the expedition will be the winner."

"Ha! And you're going to say if you win, Sister Aster will go with you, right? Then what if we win instead?!"

"If you win, I will let you all do whatever you want to my body," She answered, her hands reaching up to emphasise her chest, leaving no room for doubt that she was willing to do 'that' as well.

Lisa shook her head imdiately, "Absolutely not. That's still a prize for you to be able to get fucked by Aster. We want sothing else."

Err… Girls? Is this really necessary? You know I can just tell them that I'm not interested and then this matter can be dropped right? Why do you need to make this into a competition?

The woman frowned, "You… Fine, what do you want then?"

Lisa's lips curled up into a smirk, "If we win… You will be treating us to an all you can eat dessert tour for an entire day in the city!"

You know what? I'm fine with making this into a competition after all~
