Vice President Bai smiled warmly, "Of course, this place was originally for the office of the Commander of the Demon Armor group. I was temporarily managing the group, so I used this office. "Vice President Bai is really considerate," Li Xiu accepted the ledger and imdiately handed it to Sha Chu, instructing her to verify the possessions of the Demon Armor group.
"My work is pretty much like warehouse managent; clearly defined accounts have beco a habit," Vice President Bai chuckled and added, "Everything from the Demon Armor group is here for sure. However, the Blood Seal Stones of the group’s mbers are currently managed centrally in the City Lord’s Vault, so we need to follow so procedures to retrieve them. You will need to wait a few days; I will expedite the process to turn over those Blood Seal Stones to you."
"How much ti is needed?" Li Xiu asked.
The Blood Seal Stone is the foundation of a group; without them, it will not be easy for a new Commander to get the veteran mbers to comply.
Everything else might be transferrable, but the Blood Seal Stones cannot be handed over easily. Vice President Bai might not be as willing to relinquish the Demon Armor group as he appears.
As long as he holds onto the Blood Seal Stones, it’s likely the group’s mbers will only acknowledge Vice President Bai and not recognize Li Xiu as the Technician group’s Commander.
"Well, I will handle it as quickly as possible. You know, I was only temporarily overseeing the Demon Armor group; its mbers were mostly assigned here by other Commanders, who typically place the Blood Seal Stones directly into the vault, bypassing completely. I rely managed them temporarily without applying the Stones out of the vault. Over the years, many Magic Armor Masters have died, and so have been promoted. Records have transferred frequently, so applying for all of the Technician group’s mbers’ Blood Seal Stones is quite troubleso. Give so ti, and I will sort it out quickly."
Despite Vice President Bai’s lengthy explanation, he ant only one thing: the Blood Seal Stones of the Demon Armor group cannot be handed over now.
"Vice President Bai should take his ti with the Blood Seal Stones; however, I still need assistance from you regarding Sha Chu joining my Technician group," Li Xiu said, glancing at Sha Chu who was busy verifying records.
"This..." Vice President Bai looked troubled.
"If you, Vice President Bai, can’t manage this, I might have to ask the President for assistance," Li Xiu implied clearly.
If he approached the President, it certainly wouldn’t be just about Sha Chu’s transfer.
Though Vice President Bai couldn’t ascertain how Li Xiu beca the new Commander, the establishnt of a new group must have been approved by the President, otherwise, it wouldn’t have happened.
Vice President Bai thought for a mont and smiled, "Alright, I will try my best to handle this. Regardless of success or failure, I will provide you with an answer within three days. How does that sound?"
"Whether it succeeds or not, I shall rember this favor from Vice President Bai. Currently, the Blood Seal Stones of the Seeker group should also be in the vault, right? Although extracting one group’s Stones is complicated, Vice President Bai can take his ti; extracting just one person’s Blood Seal Stone should not be too difficult, right?" "There’s no rush on that front, as I have no particular interest in Demons Armor. If it’s convenient for Vice President Bai, it would be great if you could help manage things for a bit," Li Xiu said.
"Commander Li, you’re too polite. Should you need my help, please don’t hesitate to ask," Vice President Bai’s smile grew even brighter, as he addressed Li Xiu by his actual surna.
