Sheng Jianan saw the hesitation in Tang Yanqi’s eyes, and with a slight smile, he took a shirt from his wardrobe and handed it to Tang Yanxi.
Tang Yanqi was still in a daze when she heard soone say in an incredibly cocky tone, "Most people can’t afford to wear Young Master Sheng’s clothes."
Tang Yanqi: "..."
If he hadn’t spoken, she might have been a bit embarrassed, but his words were asking for a punch, so Tang Yanqi didn’t shy away and took his shirt into the bathroom.
She had only sweated a little, so she showered quickly, applied a simple layer of body wash, rinsed it off, and ca out.
Sheng Jianan’s shirt was very large on her, and with a belt tied at the waist, it could be worn as a dress. Tang Yanqi changed and walked out of the bathroom.
Turning around, she saw Sheng Jianan’s bare upper body; it seed he had just taken off his shirt to change into ho clothes.
Tang Yanqi felt a bit awkward; she swore it wasn’t intentional, she really didn’t know Sheng Jianan was changing.
Her eyes shifted and then froze again; ignoring the embarrassnt, Tang Yanqi stepped forward and stopped in front of Sheng Jianan, looking at his elbow, "You’re injured."
Sheng Jianan followed her gaze and saw a bruise on his elbow, obviously from the ti he blocked a stick for Tang Yanqi.
Sheng Jianan frowned; he hadn’t noticed before that he got hurt. How embarrassing, just a few little punks.
"It’s nothing..."
Young Master Sheng’s macho pride kicked in, and he was about to brush it off with a "It’s nothing," when he unexpectedly noticed a flash of concern in Tang Yanqi’s eyes.
Is she worried about him?
The realization was rather delightful. Sheng Jianan raised an eyebrow slightly and changed his tone, "Yeah, it hurts a lot, very painful."
Tang Yanqi pressed her lips together, "I’ll go get you so dicine."
As she turned, she was pulled into a hug, "There’s no dicine here."
"Then..."
"Want to get better?"
Tang Yanqi: "..."
The person behind her pressed tightly against her back; he wasn’t wearing a shirt, and she was only in a thin shirt, feeling the warmth from behind her.
Along with his words, the end of his sentence seed intentionally playful, sending shivers down her spine.
Tang Yanqi forced herself to stay calm, "You got hurt helping , of course I want you to get better."
Sheng Jianan chuckled softly, "There is a way to get better without dicine."
"What?"
"Kiss ."
His roguish tone and playful smile made Tang Yanqi’s mind explode like a bomb, any thought of calmness or composure went out the window.
She now just wanted to shout at this shaless guy, "Get lost!"
Tang Yanqi broke away from Sheng Jianan’s embrace without even looking at him, and ran quickly towards the living room, her cheeks burning; she needed sothing cold to calm down, or she’d feel like she’d self-combust.
Sheng Jianan watched her flee with a more pronounced smile on his face, his carefree eyes looking even more roguishly handso. Before, he only found it comfortable when Tang Yanqi, the little porcupine, showed her soft belly to him.
Now he realized, seeing her bristle wasn’t bad either, quite cute.
At past three in the morning, the entire B City was enveloped in the quiet of the night. After being mortified for who knows how long, Tang Yanqi finally lay back on the bed calmly. It was clearly very late, but she still didn’t feel sleepy, and it seed the person next to her didn’t either.
