Bulbous Nose Manager glanced at the badges on Chonghui and Nan Zhubin's chests. Now that they've entered the company for the project, both of them also wore badges, so formal introductions weren't necessary to identify themselves.

"Director Chong, Supervisor Nan?"

When out and about, one's identity is self-given.

The other party first took a look at Nan Zhubin's face, the large bulbous nose flaring a few tis.

But then Bulbous Nose Manager subconsciously stepped back because Chonghui stepped forward again.

His tone wasn't as aggressive as what Nan Zhubin and them heard outside the eting room earlier, but he still wasn't very accommodating.

"I know your project, the company cares about employee... ntal health, right? But if the project isn't done well, my people can't be ntally healthy.

"And speaking frankly, it's your project the company pays for, but the company's legitimate projects must be the priority, right?"

These were the words Mo Kai just heard.

After Mo Kai relayed them to Chonghui, Bulbous Nose Manager repeated them himself.

This made Mo Kai, whose ears and brain suffered a second round of this torture, couldn't help but press his lips together.

The current situation is a challenge faced by the EAP project and most projects related to psychological assistance.

EAP is ant to provide psychological care to mbers within an organization, yet providing psychological care to mbers is never the "priority" of organizational work.

Often, only when other more "important" tasks are satisfied, do psychological issues require attention.

This is the general public's perception.

Bulbous Nose Manager believed he was being very reasonable and also gave Chonghui a suggestion: "I was just discussing with your side's young man if maybe you could move this survey to lunch break? I'd have admin order a few more lunch boxes, and everyone can eat and fill it out at the sa ti, without delaying work."
