As he was heading in, he couldn't help asking the guards, "What is that other line for? Why are they going right into the city?"
The guards looked at him with amused looks before one of them said, "It seems that it's your first ti in our Weeping Mist City. That line is for the Mist Guards."
"Mist Guards?" Lin Fan asked in a confused voice.
The guard that replied gave a nod before saying, "You won't find the Mist Guards anywhere else, they only belong to our Weeping Mist City."
Lin Fan had a trace of bitterness in the smile on his face after hearing this.

The guards then went on to describe so of the deeds of the Mist Guards as if they were describing their own deeds.
Based on what the guards said, Lin Fan slowly ca to an understanding of the Mist Guards.
As the guards said, they were an organization that only existed in Weeping Mist City since they only needed to exist in Weeping Mist City.
They were experts of navigating the mist and passed down this expertise through the Mist Guards.
In a place like this where the mist posed the greatest danger, it was only natural that these Mist Guards were highly regarded.

"Do you know where I can find these Mist Guards?" Lin Fan asked the guards after learning what they were.
The mont that they heard this, the guards imdiately narrowed their eyes to look at him as if they were looking at soone suspicious.
Then one of the guards asked him, "What do you want to see the Mist Guards for?"

In the end, the sa guard said, "They aren't that free."
Then after a pause, he added, "Of course, you can go and see their headquarters. It's a place that everyone in the city knows about and you'll be able to find it right away."
Lin Fan gave a simple nod before saying, "That's more than enough. I just want to learn a bit more about these Mist Guards since I've never heard anything about them before."
The guards all gave nods of understanding when they heard this.
The Mist Guards were what they were the most proud of in Weeping Mist City, so they had seen many people take interest in them. They had gotten quite good at telling what kind of people ant harm to them and what kind of people were just curious about them.
