Inside the Dispatch Departnt office at the southeastern quadrant White Wizard Association headquarters, an ordinary formal wizard from the Evocation School sat at his desk, looking with surprise at the three formal wizards who had entered his office today. He muttered under his breath, "Strange, very strange. So many people today."

"In past years, hardly anyone cos all year round."

"This ti is good, three people at once."

He put down the leisure book in his hand, moved the cup of wizard fragrant tea with unicorn milk on his desk aside, then seriously looked at the three formal wizards who had entered his office.

He was already very old, close to five hundred years old, with no room for advancent. Otherwise, he wouldn't have chosen to use connections to enter the White Wizard Association's Dispatch Departnt to do this kind of leisurely work.

The White Wizard Association's staff were roughly divided into two types.

One type had no room for advancent, or didn't want to compete, or didn't want to interact with students and shoulder responsibilities, extrely slack people. The second type were very career-minded wizards who wanted to be responsible for specific affairs in the White Wizard Association to indirectly obtain magical resources and gain leadership positions.

Working for the White Wizard Association could sotis also beco a shortcut for rapidly advancing teaching positions.

But that required mastering quite a bit of insider information and planning well. Otherwise, it would just result in more loss than gain.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt looked at the three young people appearing in his office. A barely perceptible trace of jealousy flashed in his eyes, but very quickly his mood completely cald, becoming still as ancient water.

'The Dispatch Departnt work is good, very leisurely, and every year there's basic resource allocation from the White Wizard Association. But being too close to these young people, so close that sotis I fantasize, if I could have gone out when I was young, would I have had a different life?' the old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt thought.

He had worked at Virdantia University his whole life. Because he really had no talent, after working most of his life, he was rely a lecturer wizard, the most basic teaching position.

Later, he changed tracks, found connections through others, and entered the White Wizard Association headquarters. Gradually, relying on seniority, he occupied this idle position at the Dispatch Departnt.

Of course, this position was just so-so.

Basically, no one ca to him all year round, so there was no profit.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt spoke, "Three young First Circle wizards, the southeastern quadrant's Dispatch Departnt will use the wind magic sub-direction of the Evocation School to conduct ultra-long-distance cross-wizard-land letter delivery. The information in the letters you submit, text, patterns, and the material carrying them, will all be recorded by our wind magic and transford into magical wind, carried to distant lands."

"Therefore, according to association regulations, I need to make the following explanations." The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt was obviously afraid of trouble, so he spoke thodically, not saying extra words, and had to do everything according to regulations and procedures.

He had no background, and this position might already have been secretly targeted by soone with connections. It was just that since he hadn't made any mistakes, there was no reason to replace him.

So in this position, the best approach was to not say extra words and not do anything beyond the procedures.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt activated the true-seeing crystal ball in front of his office desk. "First, the system responsible for transmitting your letters is called the Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate."

"The location is right there."

The old wizard pointed outside the window to a giant hurricane on the mountaintop of Virdantia University not far away.

That hurricane was created by wizards' magic. It wouldn't move, dissipate, or expand.

That exaggerated hurricane was like the eye of a giant whirlpool in the deep sea. If a mortal stood in the center of that hurricane's eye, it would be like placing an ant inside.

The old wizard said, "The Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate will transmit your submitted resus to the corresponding Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gates in various wizard lands. Usually, there won't be information failure because magical wind is a very stable transmission thod."

"But there is a one-in-a-million probability that you might encounter transmission failure, but according to the contract, we won't refund the money."

"You bear this risk yourselves."

"This is the first point I need to explain. The second point is that information is completely encrypted by magical wind. Except for the schools and organizations you're submitting to, no second party will know. This is the White Wizard Association's guarantee and promise."

"Third, strictly speaking, there's no limit to any text length for transmitting information. For magical wind, converting one thousand words of information and converting ten thousand words of information makes no difference."

The old wizard said matter-of-factly, "Then there's the price issue. Transmitting one resu, regardless of how many targets it's sent to, costs five hundred magic stones each ti."

"This is the base price. Transmitting to relatively distant regions requires adding five hundred magic stones to the base price."

"That's about it. Alright, you three can tell which wizard land schools you want to send your resus to. I'll be responsible for putting your resus into the Hurricane Eye, and then your resus will be transmitted."

Neither Locke nor Hussein spoke. A First Circle wizard from the dium wizard organization Seven-Colored Star Court in the southeastern quadrant anxiously asked, "Director, sir, I want to submit to Fireweave Academy and Eclipse Hand in the Sunshade Peninsula. How many magic stones should I pay?"

Hussein didn't speak. As a forr black wizard, he always preferred to remain silent before the situation beca clear, letting others explore the surrounding environnt and circumstances.

After all, exploration ant risk. Throughout his long black wizard career, he had long been forced to develop the habit of first considering survival, then considering advancent in everything.

Locke looked at the First Circle wizard who had spoken. The other party's mana was just over one thousand. Forget comparing with him, he couldn't even compare with Hussein.

But the other party looked very young, probably just over thirty.

Becoming a formal wizard at this age proved he was quite capable.

If he received better cultivation and obtained a higher platform in the future, he might not necessarily fail to achieve good developnt.

Locke rembered that Seven-Colored Star Court was a small to dium plant-based wizard organization. He recalled that wizard organization was best at cultivating chrysanthemum-type magical plants.

This kind of small to dium wizard organization didn't have many major projects. Seven-Colored Star Court's main project was researching the relationship between various chrysanthemum-type magical plants and light magic, and using light magic to modify and upgrade chrysanthemum-type magical plant traits.

Chrysanthemum-type magical plants naturally needed more intense light than other magical plants. Even their flowers had the characteristic of chasing after the direction of intense sunlight.

Moreover, chrysanthemum-type magical plants generally inhabited high-sunlight environnts, such as high mountains and deserts.

The other party obviously knew his advantages and disadvantages, so he didn't want to stay in the southeastern quadrant but sought to go to a better place like the Sunshade Peninsula.

But Locke thought about it briefly. If he wanted to go to the Sunshade Peninsula, he could directly ask Teacher Halen Vera for a letter of recomndation and contact Bazel, the Second Circle wizard who served as academy head at Fireweave Academy in the Sunshade Peninsula. He could directly go work there without needing to co to the Wizard Dispatch Departnt, spend magic stones, submit resus, and gamble on luck.

But Locke quickly realized that not everyone was like him, able to have an academic power teacher who just happened to know a Second Circle wizard in a more advanced wizard land like the Sunshade Peninsula.

For this young newly advanced First Circle wizard from Seven-Colored Star Court before him, his only current way to go to the Sunshade Peninsula was to co here and submit resus.

Moreover, judging from his specified academy targets, he should have done so research beforehand. He just probably hadn't contacted any wizard with decision-making authority at either Fireweave Academy or Eclipse Hand.

Otherwise, he wouldn't need to co to the Dispatch Departnt. He could directly find ways to contact them privately.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt said, "The Sunshade Peninsula is right next to the southeastern quadrant, so it only costs five hundred magic stones to send it."

The young First Circle wizard from Seven-Colored Star Court imdiately breathed a sigh of relief. He seed economically struggling, so he cared very much about how many magic stones it would cost.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt saw this. He hesitated, thought for a mont, and after confirming the following words had no reason that could be reported, he spoke, "If the two resus you're submitting are identical, then you only need to choose the recipients as both academies and submit once. That is, you only need to spend five hundred magic stones."

"You don't need to submit twice."

"Anyway, for magical wind, it's all being sent to the Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate in the sa wizard land. The difference isn't very big."

"The cost is the sa."

Being convenient for young First Circle wizards was politically correct within the White Wizard Association, so the old wizard spoke without any burden.

The young First Circle wizard from Seven-Colored Star Court imdiately said gratefully, "Thank you."

The old wizard nodded, then looked at Locke and Hussein. "You two young First Circle wizard colleagues, what about you? You both seem to be from Lilith's Cottage. Where do you want to send your resus?"
