Locke directly spoke up, saying, "I want to submit my resu to the Star Domain Sea, using the blind submission thod."

This ant sending his resu to all wizard academies in the Star Domain Sea that had channels accepting blind submissions.

Although resus sent through the blind submission channel would probably not receive the sa level of attention as those sent through one-on-one channels but this was the best choice when there was no target academy.

Directly submit to all of them and see if there would be any replies.

Otherwise, the efficiency of submitting resus would be far too slow.

Hussein pointed at Locke and said briefly, "Sa as him."

He seed to fear being recognized as a black wizard by birth, so he was concise and terse, not speaking more than necessary.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt was stunned for a mont, then looked at the two of them with surprise. Sensing the magical pressure from these two wizards, who were far younger than him yet far exceeded his own power, a flash of realization crossed his eyes. "Remarkable. To actually have two wizards at once wanting to submit resus to the Star Domain Sea."

"Young people who can submit to that wizard land have quite the ambition."

"In the past three years, there was a young First Circle witch who consecutively submitted resus here for three years. In the end, she actually received an invitation from the Star Domain Sea."

Even the formal wizard from the Seven-Colored Star Court looked at the two of them with surprise. He understood that these two people's goals were on a completely different level from his from the very beginning.

However, those who could beco formal wizards at this age were basically people with steadfast determination, so this formal wizard didn't experience much emotional turbulence and imdiately regained his inner calm.

He just politely nodded at Locke and Hussein, exchanging greetings.

Other people's affairs had nothing to do with him. He only needed to steadily move forward along his own goals and be able to see his own progress every day.

He figured that these two young First Circle wizards he encountered at the Dispatch Departnt probably thought the sa way.

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt thought for a mont. "Then, to submit a resu to the Star Domain Sea, it will cost... three thousand magic stones per submission."

Locke felt this price was still acceptable. After all, his Augustus brand could earn over sixty thousand magic stones every month, and he still had fifty thousand in savings.

Even though his projects hadn't earned much money recently due to the previous war, he wasn't short on funds at the mont.

As long as there were no major expenses, such as purchasing a ticket to the Star Domain Sea or bidding for a Druid's Ring.

Currently, the potion auction house hadn't sent him any ssage to notify him in advance about a Druid's Ring being auctioned.

But Hussein's expression changed slightly. For a black wizard, his pockets were truly empty, and three thousand magic stones could nearly drain him.

As a black wizard, he hadn't developed any habits or abilities for making money, and having just whitewashed himself into a white wizard, he naturally had no money.

Hussein said, "Why is it so expensive? Submitting to the Sunshade Peninsula only costs five hundred magic stones, but submitting to the Star Domain Sea costs five tis the price."

The old wizard at the Dispatch Departnt's expression beca slightly displeased. Although he had always stayed in a leisurely place without competing with others, he was nearly five hundred years old this year after all, and Hussein's questioning was sowhat aggressive, which he might misinterpret as disrespectful toward him.

The old wizard said irritably, "Of course it's that expensive. Young First Circle wizard colleague, that's the Star Domain Sea we're talking about."

"The Star Domain Sea where every inch of land is worth its weight in gold! Even if you have a lot of money, once you go to the Star Domain Sea, you'll be stripped bare. The Star Domain Sea used to be even more expensive. A few years ago, due to reforms, it was reduced from ten thousand magic stones per submission to three thousand magic stones."

"After all, the Star Domain Sea is the source of magic stones."

At this, Locke looked at the old wizard with surprise, then politely said, "Director, I'd like to ask you a question. Magic stones originate from the Star Domain Sea? Does that an magic stones are issued by the Star Domain Sea?"

Locke could see that this old wizard just wanted others to respect him, and Hussein, being from a black wizard background, carried too much aggression. He would either be extrely flattering to wizard ntors or heavily aggressive toward others, so his words were easily misunderstood.

The head of the Dispatch Departnt, the old wizard, smiled and nodded at Locke, his tone softening, "Well, actually I don't know very much either."

The old wizard carefully thought through his next words, and after confirming there were no issues, he continued, "I only know a bit about related matters because I've worked at the White Wizard Association for decades. However, this kind of thing isn't really a secret. When I say the Star Domain Sea is the source of magic stones, this is correct. The Star Domain Sea is one of the sources of magic stones, but whether it's issued by the Star Domain Sea, I'm not too clear about."

"Anyway, I just take the magic stones and use them." The old wizard chuckled, "Speaking of which, magic stones are truly magical. They cannot be damaged, cannot be altered, cannot be shaped, cannot be magically combined with another object, or embedded into another alchemical device, and they cannot even be used directly."

The old wizard beca quite interested. "Moreover, let tell you, I once conducted an experint where I tried to throw a magic stone into an interdinsional rift, but the magic stone actually couldn't be thrown in..."

"There seems to be a special magic on magic stones that prevents us from abandoning them to space-ti dinsions from which they cannot be recovered."

Locke nodded slightly. He had discovered before that magic stones absolutely could not be synthesized, because the grade of magic stones was simply too high.

But the question arose, what could magic stones do?

Magic stones couldn't do anything.

Locke didn't understand how this thing called magic stones could be used as currency among wizards, but looking at it now, if magic stones really originated from the Star Domain Sea, then they were very likely a type of credit currency.

'That's it. If magic stones could really be used for so special purpose, then magic stones would be a commodity currency, equivalent to bartering, using oil or batteries as currency. But if magic stones are a credit currency, or so special currency I haven't yet understood, then as the issuer of this currency...'

Locke's gaze deepened slightly. 'The issuer of this currency would be able to harvest the entire world through this currency!'

'Only credit currency, or similar currencies, can be used to harvest other regions. Otherwise, if you use oil and battery-type currencies and send them out, that's not called harvesting, that's called using yourself to support the whole world.'

Locke realized, 'However, there's actually no difference. As long as the Star Domain Sea, or the issuer, possesses sufficiently powerful magical item production capacity, and magic stones maintain strong purchasing power and can be exchanged for the magical items that wizards need, then they have imnse value.'

'Moreover, the Star Domain Sea, or the issuer of magic stones, also needs to distribute large amounts of magic stones to various wizard lands in order to purchase magical resources from each wizard land.'

'So, while they need to distribute magic stones, they simultaneously need to recover magic stones and export production products. This back and forth constructs a healthy economic system.'

'This is no different from Lilith's Cottage having the entire mortal world realm support them while providing protection.'

Locke thought, "Soday, I should co into contact with the true source of magic stones."

Locke said to the old wizard, "Director, here are three thousand magic stones. Please help submit my resu."

The old wizard said with a smile, "Very well."

"You can watch submit them. This is the procedure."

"Also, here are the contract and records. This money isn't taken by , every single coin must match the ledger." The old wizard seed truly sowhat afraid and kept emphasizing this point. "If there's a reply, I'll have soone deliver it according to the information you submitted, or if you go to another wizard land afterward, you can change your address. The local Dispatch Departnt director will be responsible for delivering replies from various wizard organizations to the address you provided."

"If you fill it in incorrectly, that will be quite troubleso, so it's best to confirm the return address you wrote in the letter. If you have plans to change residences in the near future, you can notify the Dispatch Departnt."

After seeing this scene, Hussein confird that the old fellow had no intention of embezzling and was just truly expensive to submit to the Star Domain Sea. He could only hand over three thousand magic stones with a dark expression.

With this, both of them had finished submitting their resus.

After collecting the magic stones, the old wizard led the three of them to the Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate at the mountain peak.

They walked up through a hollow iron staircase built above the storm, and in person placed special magical stamps on the three resus they wanted to send. After confirming the sending locations, they threw them into the Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate.

Locke watched as the letters were continuously devoured by the storm eye, knowing that this was his first letter sent to the Star Domain Sea.

He didn't know whether, after this letter was sent, there would be a corresponding reply.
