The staff imdiately gathered around Annie and asked with concern in their voices, "Miss Annie, are you all right?"

She turned her pale face and shook her head, "my stomach hurts."

"How could that be? Where does it hurt?"

"Did you eat anything unusual today?"

Annie thought for a mont, she opened her eyes wide and then froze. She suddenly started pointing her fingers through the crowd. Then she looked straight at Hicks, "It was you! Hicks! You poisoned the water, didn’t you?"

With a puzzled look on her face, Hicks raised her head.

"I wouldn’t do such a thing, Annie. Why do you think it’s ?"

"You gave the water. I got a stomach ache after I drank it."

Annie was getting angrier and angrier, "I know you’ve always been jealous of , but I didn’t think you’d do sothing like this. You will pay for this, and I’m going to kill you!"

Hicks was devastated, and all she could do was shake her head, "I really didn’t do it. It wasn’t , the glass of water wasn’t mine."

Hicks wanted to explain and rushed over to Annie. Hicks and Eddie both kneeled beside her. Then Annie grabbed both of their wrists, "You know that you did it, and now you both want to run. I won’t let you go!"

The noise in the hallway finally echoed into the room. The door to the audition room was suddenly opened, and a middle-aged man ca out and impatiently looked at them and started shouting, "What are you fighting about? Keep your voices down, or we’re going to have to cancel the audition altogether."

"It’s not us, it’s..." Eddie tried to explain, but Annie interrupted.

"Director Leach, they’re trying to hurt !"

Director Leach heard Annie say his na. He squinted slightly and realized who it was, "Oh, Annie, you’re here."

Annie’s agent really put a lot of effort into her getting this audition. Although it was not as right as Hicks said, she had dinner with the senior executives of Dior, and they even got to know each other. She didn’t take the audition seriously, but she wasn’t going to let her ruin her reputation. Annie finally let go of her hand. She walked quickly to the side, picked up the glass of water, and walked back.

"Director Leach, I want you to look at this is the glass of water that Hicks just handed . They said that only the two of them touched this glass and then . All I know is that when I finished drinking it, I had a stomach ache.

Director Leach didn’t like conflict, but the auditions were still going on, and he wanted the people who were behind him to respect him. He had to resolve this issue and fast. He looked at Eddie and Hicks, they were two people he did not know, they were not big stars, and he had already known who was getting the part.

Eddie took Annie’s glass and drank the remaining half. Annie froze as she naturally didn’t expect Eddie to make such a move. After drinking the water, Eddie gave Annie a defiant smile, "I hope Miss Annie doesn’t have another infectious disease."

Annie just realized that Eddie was humiliating her. She was mad, "What do you think you can prove by this? Who knows if you poisoned it, and then you took the antidote yourself! You are the guilty one, and you destroyed the evidence. Didn’t you?"

Eddie’s smile was wry as she gazed at her face, "Miss Annie seems to be in good spirits now."

After hearing Eddie’s words, Annie covered her stomach and imdiately retorted, "The Pain! It hurts."
