"Hua Hua, do you like your brother?"
"Cough cough... cough cough... cough cough..." Hua Hua had just taken a bite of seafood rice, and suddenly hearing this question caught him off guard, making him choke violently.
"Quick, drink so wine," Ling Yin said apologetically in a rushed tone.
Hua Hua’s tears were choked out, and he quickly gulped down so wine, feeling the rice stuck in his nose, making his breathing uncomfortable, sour and itchy, as he rushed to the bathroom.
It was extrely unpleasant!
He couldn’t help but keep splashing cold water on his face.
Ling Yin unknowingly had co up behind him, with his hands crossed, leaning on the door fra, as if he had finally found a breakthrough, uncovering a huge secret unintentionally.
Why had he jumped into the sea at Gu Shaocheng’s wedding;
Why did he always beco so animated whenever he ntioned Gu Shaocheng;
Why did he insist on leaving the base when he heard his brother was in a wheelchair, even threatening to die;
Inside, slowly and leisurely, an unstoppable jealousy was rising, as Ling Yin watched Hua Hua’s back, his shoulders slightly hunched, his whole body carrying an emotion he was desperately trying to hide.
"Hua Hua, do you really like your brother?"
"Boss Ling, this joke isn’t funny at all!" Hua Hua turned around and responded to him indifferently!
"..." But why did he feel he had guessed correctly!
Hua Hua forced a casual smile, looking at Ling Yin, a deep wariness hidden in his eyes: "How could you think of such a ridiculous thing? I see my elder brother as a father, respect and admire Brother Shaocheng, how could I possibly have such filthy thoughts? Brother Ling, stop joking, this is simply an insult to the brotherly bond between and my brother."
Unfortunately, Ling Yin was a smart person, connecting so things and pondering further, he had already concluded seven out of ten!
He thought for a mont, walked over, and enveloped Hua Hua in his arms.
The two were about the sa height, and in the depths of Ling Yin’s eyes, there was nothing but compassion. Hua Hua wanted to break free from his embrace, forcefully pushing him, but Ling Yin caught his wrist, and Hua Hua’s temper flared up: "What do you want to do?"
"Really like Gu Shaocheng?"
He repeated his question and then added, "Loving your big brother, isn’t it tiring?"
"You’re talking nonsense!" Hua Hua brought down his other hand heavily, ready to have a full-blown fight with him, even blushing red with anger.
Ling Yin stepped back two steps, letting him go, avoiding his attack as well.
His eyes emitted an X-ray-like amazing light, "Does he know?"
Hua Hua burst into laughter twice, "You’re getting more and more outrageous, there’s no limit to your jokes!"
But Ling Yin clasped Hua Hua’s shoulders once again, "Look into my eyes."
Hua Hua pushed him away and strode out of the bathroom, feeling internally tumultuous like thunder, but outwardly pretending to be calm, Ling Yin chased after him and grabbed his wrist, Hua Hua spun around and chopped at him with a hand, but was instantly pulled into Ling Yin’s arms, bringing them so close there was no space in between.
They faced each other!
"A crush?"
"Boss Ling!" Hua Hua raised his voice, changing from Brother Ling to Boss Ling: "You saved today, I appreciate that and that’s why I ca ho with you, it doesn’t an you can baselessly speculate and tarnish the brotherly love between and my brother!"
Ling Yin questioned him, "Why don’t you dare to deny head-on?"
"How dare I not?" Hua Hua’s voice was stern, his expression tense, and his breathing disordered!
