Finding a thousand more in her bank account, she was thrilled, a smile of excitent painted her lips.
Chenxing got out of bed and instantly spotted a brand-new set of ho clothes on her bedside. Quickly, she put them on. Her body felt sowhat weak and uncomfortable, instead of having a shower, she left the bed to grab Gu Shaocheng’s notebook that was on the table. She then swiftly crawled back into bed. What was she doing? Surfing the internet!
With newfound courage, she bought so more shares and sold one.
Half an hour later, she closed the laptop, returned it to its original spot, and happily went back to sleep. She even had a sweet dream in which the stock she purchased rose rapidly. She made a lot of money and even bought Gu Shaocheng a new set of ho clothes with the money she earned.
Huh? Why would she dream about buying him clothes?
What a mystery!
At this ti, guests were gradually leaving the Gu Family’s residence, each taking their trophies and gifts, bidding goodbye to Gu Shaocheng who was standing at the entrance.

So, the guests at the second banquet, unlike those at the first, would be on edge; attending the banquet while anxiously hoping that nothing incriminating about their groups would be exposed.

She woke up to the pitch-black sky outside the window. Glancing at the ti on her cellphone, it was 8:45 a.m.

Chenxing suddenly scread out loud, apparently startled by the sight of extensive red rashes all over her body. Far worse than before she went to sleep, they were so severe that she looked as if she had been disfigured. She was lying on her side, biting her lips hard.

She was unsure when soone had trimd her long nails, but each of her fingers was now wrapped in white gauze. Was it to prevent her from scratching her skin?
Who did this?
Just then, she heard footsteps and the sound of the door opening from outside.
In a rush, she quickly covered her face with the blanket, resolutely refusing to let anyone see her ghastly appearance.
