He nodded, turned his head, and noticed a girl withdraw her gaze quickly. With a casual deanor, Gu Shaocheng revealed a subtle smile on his lips.

Soone called him. Gu Shaocheng turned his head and saw the eldest son from a prominent arms-dealing family. He lifted his eyes slightly, to which Emperor Yan returned a polite smile in farewell and gratitude.
"Leaving so soon, not staying to enjoy more?"
"My grandfather isn’t feeling well so we won’t impose any further. We’re very grateful for using your shipping route for this delivery, it will not be forgotten."
Gu Shaocheng let out a polite laugh and offered, "I’ll see you out."
Just as he was about to turn back after escorting them to the door, he noticed a woman who should not be there. He furrowed his brows and casually turned his body around, but Wang Yuanyuan deliberately revealed her presence by calling out to him, "Sir."
