Jas Black sighed helplessly in his heart but didn’t continue to reprimand her. Instead, he asked her, "Why didn’t you call ergency services last night when you felt so unwell? Before we hung up, what did I tell you?"

"Didn’t he tell you that so people actually die from acute high altitude disease on trips?" Jas Black pressed with a lowered voice.
Jane’s eyes blinked, and she pursed her lips, saying nothing.
She knew, actually, but at that ti her mind kept telling her to hold on. She believed she could make it, not expecting to pass out, but then Jas appeared.
Jane Sampson glanced up stealthily at Jas, whose complexion wasn’t too good. To be honest, before this, she hadn’t imagined he would suddenly appear before her, that he would rescue her from that small hotel room that seed to be swallowing her whole.
Even when she was talking to him on the phone last night and those words "I miss you" slipped out, it was just because she was so vulnerable and couldn’t control the longing for the sense of security he provided.

"You..." Jane pulled the quilt over her head, "Why haven’t you changed that photo yet!"
"It’s fine as it is, why change it?" Jas casually tucked his phone into his pocket, seeing Jane loathe her own photo so much, he wouldn’t be surprised if at so point she decides to change his phone’s screensaver herself.
"It’s not ugly," Jas seriously clarified.
At least, Jas himself didn’t think that photo was unattractive. On the contrary, he found it quite endearing.
Her face making funny gestures, so different from the usual Jane, the photo captured an image of her resembling her childhood self—loving to jump about and play, a face full of smiles.
"Your taste is questionable!" The photo is clearly unattractive, yet he seriously justifies it as not being ugly. And at ho, that cute little rabbit Kris, and yet he always refers to it as ugly rabbit!
"Yes, so what?" Jas scoffed, not deigning to justify further.
In any case, he didn’t believe there was any serious flaw in his taste.
"It’s still early, just a little past eight in the morning," Jas deftly shifted the conversation, wisely avoiding further discussion with Jane on the topics of aesthetics and whether the photo was ugly.
"It’s this bright out and only a little past eight? Then I’m going to sleep so more. We’ll talk about everything else after I wake up," Jane could say that it was only after she got on the helicopter that she fainted. She had woken up too early just now; she had only really been asleep for a few short hours.
