"Sonar Detection."
The sudden gathering of life signals made Sion uneasy.
He sensed over a 50 monsters, along with two humans trapped right in the center.
"A Monster Party," Sion sighed.
He'd deliberately triggered a monster party on the 10th floor earlier, but he'd intentionally avoided other adventurers, using it strictly to test his spells.
However, the monster party ahead was likely a natural trap laid by the dungeon itself.
Sion thought to himself, quickly altering his course toward the gathering. After all... those two girls didn't seem to be in good shape.
"Flying Swords."
Weapons zipped erratically through the air, avoiding the two girls while stirring up a bloody storm.
Even the Minotaurs, which were the highest threat on this floor, weren't any match for Sion.
"Are you both alright?" Sion stepped into the center of the encirclent, looking at the two of them.
One was older than the other, and both sported short hair. The older one was probably in her late teens or early twenties. Based on her aura, Sion identified her as a level 2 adventurer.
The other was younger, maybe eleven or twelve years old.
"Thank you for the rescue." The older girl breathed a heavy sigh of relief.
Her legs buckled, and she almost collapsed. If it hadn't been for Sion's tily intervention, they'd have been forced to desperately try and break through the encirclent.
Fortunately, they were both lucky enough to survive.
"Did you bring any potions?" Sion didn't imdiately help her up, opting to ask first.
"No... Our Familia's supporter was killed in the initial ambush, and all our backpacks were lost with him." The girl shook her head bitterly.
"I see... then drink mine." Sion pulled two vials from his pouch.
One contained a standard potion, and the other was a high potion.
Looking at the other girl next to her, Sion noticed she only had a couple of shallow scratches, so he didn't bother offering any potions.
"Thanks." Knowing the situation was still urgent, the older girl hesitated for only a second before downing both potions.
As her injuries recovered and her stamina sowhat returned, she used the spear in her hand to pull herself up, fully preparing to face the remaining enemies.
At that exact mont, she was absolutely shocked to realize that in such a short tifra, the entire floor around them had been reduced to a literal sea of blood.
"UOOOHHH!!"
A massive Minotaur charged forward with a monstrous roar, drawing Sion's attention.
"An Irregular." Sion remained completely expressionless.
The flying spell continuously circled the monster. Even though a single weapon could only inflict shallow wound against its thick hide, the swarm of over five weapon unleashed a coordinated barrage of slashes.
Before the monster could even close the distance, it was cut beyond recognition.
"So strong..." the younger girl murmured in awe.
Following the death of this monster, the surviving monsters launched a desperate, final charge.
Under combined gaze of the two girls, Sion slowly raised his hand.
"Shockwave."
A highly concentrated blast of pure kinetic force erupted from his hand. In an instant, the remaining monsters were killed.
The spell continued to weave through the cavern, and in less than half a minute, the surrounding ground was completely littered with magic stones.
"How about you introduce yourselves?" Sion said, looking at the two girls.
"I'm Shakti Varma, an adventurer of the Ganesha familia, and the person next to is my sister." Shakti nodded respectfully.
"Hello! I'm also a mber of the Ganesha familia, Adi Varma." Her adorable face showed a deeply relieved expression, clearly glad to have just escaped certain death.
The two sisters were distinct.
Shakti looked highly capable and efficient.
Adi, on the other hand was much gentler.
"My na is Sion."
