Adam was genuinely surprised when Larth didn't recognize him. Kaerno had never even heard his na, unlike Gladius's na, which imdiately elicited a reaction from both of them.
At the sa ti, Vyora and Loargh knew what Adam looked like and who he was, even though they were also from these lands.
"Do you know who I am?" Adam pointed at himself.
Vyora threw her hands up.
"Of course! Hah! I heard about what happened to you in the Primal Lands! You made even Goen himself act! Holy shit! I wish I could have seen that!"
At that mont, Sarka's face changed as she turned to Adam.
"G-Goen? That very Goen? The First Knight of the World End?" Her voice trembled.
Sure, many monsters knew who Adam was, but Goen was on an entirely different level. Not only was he significantly stronger than Adam, but he was also dozens of tis older.
"Yes." Adam nodded deeply. "It was just as unexpected for as it was for you. In the Primal Lands… Let's just say, I had quite a few problems."
Loargh rubbed his chin thoughtfully, recalling everything he knew about Adam.
"Still, you managed to survive, even though the Befallen Crown is hunting you. I must say that in itself is quite an achievent. Most Phantoms who beco their target perish the mont they leave the Dead Lands."
Adam clenched his fists.
'Right... Is it all about Frida? As soon as you go beyond that border, you're left without her support. Tsk, how many more battles do I need to fight to reach her level?'
He shook his head. Right now, he shouldn't be thinking about that.
Adam looked at Loargh and Vyora.
"Why did you attack us? Who the hell are you?"
However, Sarka answered instead.
"Pffft!" She snorted. "They're the very jerks I told you about! They're from the do pillar! What's more, they're from the do pillar closest to ours! Shit! They're always getting in my way, especially that bitch!"
Sarka stared at Vyora. In so ways, the two of them were very similar.
Loargh slowly gestured to the side.
"We didn't just attack you, but also that huge monster behind us. As far as we know, it was the second servant of the Frenzied Shard you're seeking."
Adam frowned. He understood that for not all monsters, the Frenzied Shards were a path to obtaining the Hollow Mark and perhaps even a Fang rank. For those who had already achieved that, the Frenzied Shards were an impressive source of energy.
"So after this conversation, a fight to the death awaits us?"
Without waiting for an answer, Adam swung his needle, slicing through the gusts of wind.

Loargh nodded.
"I'm sure Master Kaerno or the other monsters have already told you about this. In the Hollow Lands, there are only two factions: the Blade Eclipse and the Do Eclipse. We often fight, but we are rivals first and foremost, not enemies. We compete with each other. We don't try to kill one another in the most brutal way possible."
"B-But…" Adam stamred. "I need that Frenzied Shard! It's ours! If you want it too, then a battle between us is inevitable!"
Vyora rolled her eyes and waved her hand lazily.
"We'll settle everything right there, not now. Is that really so hard to understand? We've already dealt with two servants, most likely, there's only one left. When we defeat it, we'll fight 2 vs. 2, and the winner gets the Frenzied Shard. The rules are simple, aren't they?"
Adam was speechless. He had nothing to say because, in this situation, Vyora's proposal was the best. Together, they would easily defeat the third servant, no matter how strong it turned out to be.
"So, in other words, we're going to hold a mini-tournant for the right to get the Frenzied Shard?"
Loargh shrugged.
"Maybe this is unusual for you, but most issues here are resolved exactly this way. It's effective, and that's more than enough."
Adam smiled, gazing into the distance. He didn't know why, but after the Primal Lands, where every minute soone was trying to kill or protect him, this kind of cooperation in the middle of the battlefield suited him just fine.
"Great." He turned to Sarka. "I take it we agree to these terms?"
"Of course." She waved her hand. "But, before we move on, I have one condition, otherwise I'll kill you both right here and now!"
Despite her threat, Loargh just smirked, curiously waiting to hear what she would say next.
"Hmm? What exactly do you want? Go ahead, I'm listening."
Sarka pointed at Vyora.
"I'm going to fight that bitch! I'm going to smash her stupid face right into the ground!"
Vyora's eyes widened in outrage as the veins on her face bulged.
"You! Piece of-!"
Before she could finish, Loargh waved his hand, stopping her.
"Sarka, this will be a single 2-on-2 battle, not two duels. If you want to fight Vyora, you'll have to defeat first and ask Adam not to interfere. Does that work for you?"
"Agh." She sighed heavily. "Fine, I agree."
Adam raised an eyebrow.
'Wait… Couldn't she have done this from the start? Nothing has changed!'
"Good." Loargh nodded. "In that case, I suggest we move on and…"
RRRGGGGGSSSSSHHHOOOOO!!!!
Suddenly, a deafening roar rang out as wild gusts of wind scattered the cloud of dust covering the teorite's impact site.
The second servant had not yet been defeated and was actively regenerating its half-burned body.
"Oh."
Loargh turned back.
"It looks like we have so unfinished business. But for the four of us, that shouldn't be a problem, right?"
