Nia Mitchell turned her face away, remaining silent, and then prepared to leave.
Maxwell Peary caught her with a smile and gently touched her head.
"You know I couldn’t possibly forget such an important matter."
He was just hesitant, still unsure about what to do next. This matter was too important; it made even a decisive man like him hesitate.
"Let’s go."
He stood up and straightened his white shirt.
"Okay."
Nia Mitchell nodded and then walked downstairs with Maxwell Peary.
Butler Frederick Goldsmith greeted them with a beaming smile. This is wonderful, just wonderful! I believe we’ll have a little young master soon.
Thinking of this, he was so happy he wanted to burst into a joyful dance.
"Master, please be careful."
After seeing them off, Butler Goldsmith imdiately went back and dialed Silvia Waterborne’s number.
"What happened?"
Butler Goldsmith rarely called her, but when he did, it was always significant.
"The Young Master took the Young Madam to the hospital for a preconception check-up."
What an exciting piece of news!
Silvia Waterborne was also stirred up, stunned for a couple of seconds in disbelief before she finally reacted.
"Preconception check-up?"
Preconception! Preconception, indeed. Is she about to beco a grandmother?

anwhile, Nia Mitchell, sitting in the car, was unaware of Butler Goldsmith’s excitent. She looked at the CEO, slightly puzzled.
"Uncle Peary, don’t you think Butler Goldsmith was a bit strange today?"
Well, she didn’t just think he was a bit strange, but extrely strange. This was too odd.
"Was he?"

Shortly after, the reports were out. Nia Mitchell was so anxious that she grabbed Maxwell Peary’s arm, ready to hear the results.
"Are you very nervous?"
Maxwell Peary turned his head to look at Nia Mitchell beside him, curious about her emotions.
"Of course."
She pouted. She was more nervous than when she received exam papers at school—of course she was.
"Young Master Peary, Mrs. Peary."
The Chief, looking a little flustered, walked over with the reports, appearing even more nervous than Nia Mitchell.
Seeing that even the Chief was nervous, if Nia Mitchell could still sit there calmly, she wouldn’t be Nia Mitchell.
"Straight to the point."
Seeing this, Maxwell Peary shot a sharp look at the Chief.
"Um, no issues. Both your reports are excellent; there’s nothing inappropriate. Mrs. Peary just needs a little more calcium intake, and you could start taking so folic acid."
The Chief spoke and handed them the reports.
Seeing this, Nia Mitchell finally smiled.

With that thought in mind, she picked up the report on the table and started studying it.
"I’m very healthy. Uncle, how are you so healthy as well?"

Maxwell Peary nearly coughed up blood. Is this damned little Rabina Mitchell cursing ? What does she an by that? What does ’how are you so healthy as well’ an? Am I supposed to have problems?
