Even Obito Uchiha was stunned by Uzumaki Shuji's actions.
He had never expected Uzumaki Shuji to restrain Kakashi Hatake first.
Kakashi, anwhile, kept his gaze fixed on Obito.
"That man was never there when we needed him most!"
"Not when I was dying, and not when Rin died!"
Still wearing his mask, Obito finally could not hold back his response.
He did not believe he was wrong.
Minato had been an incredibly powerful shinobi.
He possessed the Flying Thunder God Technique, a jutsu that should have allowed him to appear at his students' side instantly.
And yet, when danger ca, he was always absent.
Obito, who had grown to hate the entire world, naturally blad his teacher as well.
"But Minato-sensei didn't abandon us on purpose!"
Kakashi shouted back.
"He had his own mission to complete!"
Seeing his forr friend reduced to this state was sothing he could not accept.
"You think what you saw was the truth?"
Uzumaki Shuji's voice cut in coldly.
"You were deceived."
"You've been living inside a lie."
"Rin died because of you."
"She was only dragged into this because Madara Uchiha set his sights on you."
"He turned you into a tool and deliberately pushed you into despair."
"Exactly the sa way you used Itachi Uchiha."
"He personally shoved you into darkness."
As he spoke, the Chains of Heaven continued to pass through Obito's intangible body without pause.
Uzumaki Shuji had only one chance.
If he failed, Obito would flee imdiately and never present such an opportunity again.
"What did you say?!"
Obito's voice trembled.
"You're lying! That can't be true!"
His disbelief instantly turned into rage.
He refused to accept it.
If Uzumaki Shuji was telling the truth, then what had all his efforts ant?
What had his suffering been for?
Obito charged once more.
But the result was the sa.
The Chains of Heaven ford an impenetrable barrier.
Hidden nearby, Black Zetsu was deeply shaken.
"Why does this child know so much?"
These were secrets only he and Madara should have known.
For the first ti, Black Zetsu felt genuine regret.
He had underestimated this boy and rushed into Konoha without gathering enough information.
Now they were trapped in a dangerous situation.
He was no longer certain whether Obito remained a reliable tool.
"How powerful…"
"Is he the reincarnation of the Sage of Six Paths?"
Black Zetsu stared in disbelief.
Those golden chains were terrifying.
No one knew exactly what they did.
But if Obito were caught, would Kamui beco unusable?
Obito finally stopped.
He could not find a single opening.
The chains were too dense, and he knew nothing about their true abilities.
He dared not touch them recklessly.
"No way out?"
Uzumaki Shuji's voice was rciless.
"Just like back then, when you could only watch Rin die?"
"Does it hurt?"
"Is that why you want to force that pain onto everyone else?"
He kept pressing, each word striking at Obito's deepest wounds.
If he had possessed another weapon capable of tearing through space, Uzumaki Shuji would have used it without hesitation.
"Shut up!"
Obito roared.
For the first ti in years, he found himself powerless.
"Even if you escape today, you won't escape forever."
Uzumaki Shuji's golden eyes burned with killing intent.
"I'll gather the jinchūriki before you do."
"I'll take the Rinnegan."
"I'll destroy your plan."
"And I'll make you experience despair all over again."
If Obito loved darkness so much, then Uzumaki Shuji intended to bury him in it forever.
A White Zetsu suddenly erged from the ground.
"We should retreat."
Before he could say another word, a Chain of Heaven shot forward.
At its tip was a fully ford Rasengan.
The attack slamd directly into White Zetsu's face and obliterated his head.
"Trying to run?"
Uzumaki Shuji raised Ea (Sword of Rupture).
"Want to feel that helplessness again?"
The crimson sword began to spin.
The piercing shriek it emitted made everyone's heart tighten.
Kakashi, though furious at Obito, still did not want to watch his old friend die.
"Obito, surrender!"
He shouted.
"You're no match for the King!"
"Shut up, you useless fool, Kakashi!"
Obito snarled.
He had already returned to his physical state, buying ti to reset Kamui's intangibility limit.
He had no intention of retreating.
This child knew far too much.
At the sa ti, Uzumaki Shuji's words about Rin's death gnawed at his mind.
As his own strength had grown, Obito had started noticing inconsistencies.
Even after manipulating the Hidden Mist for years, he had never found any trace of the original plan that turned Rin into a Three-Tails vessel.
"Let's test sothing."
Uzumaki Shuji lifted Ea high into the air.
"If you survive this attack…"
"I'll tell you everything."
"Even the truth about why Rin died."
Dark red energy spiraled around his body, compressing into a terrifying mass of destructive force.
"Any attack is aningless against !"
Obito declared, though his tone had beco noticeably heavier.
He no longer believed Uzumaki Shuji was bluffing.
This attack was almost certainly designed to affect space itself.
"The ti of judgnt has co."
"With this Sword of Rupture, I tear the world apart."
"Take this!"
"Enuma Elish!"
Uzumaki Shuji swung Ea downward without hesitation.
A condensed beam of crimson destruction erupted like a divine laser.
Obito felt death.
For the first ti in years, he truly felt it.
He wanted to escape.
Kakashi opened his mouth, but no words ca out.
The red light engulfed Obito completely.
Then the beam tore across the night sky above Uruk.
A thousand ters away, it slamd into a distant mountain.
BOOM!
A gigantic mushroom cloud rose into the heavens.
