Anastasia aka Clara’s pov,
After spending ti with my mother, I had been sitting on the small rock and was thinking about every single word she had said to .
’It’s already night, Clara. Our mom is the moon goddess. She might be able to see us right now and notice how worried you are. Don’t forget about that’. Elektra said to , but her words weren’t getting through my head, as I was worried.
I was very worried.
I knew that so far, I had been tough and acting as if nothing was getting through to . But in truth, I was a being with a heart.
I was able to fear. I was able to panic.
But I had been hiding it in the deepest parts of my heart, because, as the Alpha and the chosen child of the mood goddess, if I had panicked over the issue of black shadow, the wild beasts, hybrid creatures, the ten supre dark rangers or even the demonic armies...
Then I feared that everyone who had high hopes for , was equally going to panic. And that was sothing I did not want to happen.
I sighed deeply and admired the beautiful stars, before I said, "You can co out. I knew all along that you had been hiding there watching ".
’Huh? Who are you talking to, Clara? Is anybody there?’. Elektra asked .

After replying to her, the person who was spying on ca out of his hiding spot.
It was the Lycan King.
I noticed he has been watching almost ever since. Though I was glad he only ca after my mother, the moon goddess left.
"What are you doing here, Lycan King?". I asked him, but he didn’t reply yet.
Only after he sat beside and began staring at the sa sky that I was staring at, did he reply to , saying, "I am Nikolai. You can call that".
I turned to him after he said that to , and he did the sa. He stopped staring at the beautiful dark sky and fixed his gaze on .
We stared at each other for a while before I sighed.
I didn’t know, but I was in low spirits. Suddenly, everything didn’t make sense to anymore.
I was starting to feel overwheld.
"Are you alright?". He asked , looking worried and concerned.
"No. I am not okay". I said to him and turned my face away from him, also sighing more deeply than before.
What I never expected was that Nikolai was going to jump off the rock and shift into his Lycan form.
His Lycan form was huge and looked completely majestic. His silver fur was glittering as if it was receiving great energy from the moon, which I thought so.
"Get on". He said, surprising and taking aback.
"You want to get on your back?!". I asked him, and as he nodded at , I began to wonder if he was alright, or if he didn’t know what he had said.
How could I climb on his back and ride him as if he was my personal chauffeur?
I thought, but within seconds, I found myself on top of his back.
I did not know exactly how he did it, so I was pretty shocked.
"Hold on to tightly". He said to , and before I could tell him to wait, he sprinted off.
At first, I was yelling because he was moving so fast, and it felt like my eyes were getting dizzy.
But after a few minutes of feeling the cool air on my body and my face, I relaxed and found the ride enjoyable and refreshing.
I even took the liberty and spread my arms to the sides, and a bright smile appeared on my lips.
I felt so at peace.
Was it weird that I trusted he would not let fall, and closed both my eyes as I enjoyed the mont?
’This is refreshing’. I thought, also feeling my eyes get heavy, before a heavy yawn escaped from my mouth.
This was the kind of soothing experience I needed to calm the hectic thoughts inside my mind. Like so minutes ago, I literally thought that I was going to get crazy.
"How do you feel now, my mate? Are you alright now?". Nikolai asked , but he never stopped running.
"You can call Anastasia. And yes, I feel much better". I replied to him, but it seed that my eyes, although they were shut, continuously felt heavy for .
I suddenly leaned forward and rested my upper body properly on his back. I also rested my head, as I was falling asleep.
"Please, don’t stop moving". I said to him, as I eventually let nature take control.
I also needed this sleep. Because I was afraid that in the future days to co, I might not be privileged enough to enjoy this kind of leisure.
King Nikolai’s pov,
"Anastasia". I called her na, but she did not answer .
Her stomach laid flat on my back, so I could hear her heart beat.
It was gentle. A beat ca after a beat.
She must be asleep.
I ca to that conclusion and had to slow down greatly, so that she wouldn’t experience any discomfort but could sleep as long as she wanted.
’I wish so much to officially make you mine, Anastasia. I would do anything for you, because you are the light of my life’. I thought and continued to walk around.
I didn’t plan on taking her back to her mansion, rather I wanted to fulfill what she said to before she fell asleep.
She told not to stop moving, so I would not stop.
It was a pleasure to that I could do sothing for her.
’Nikolai, how about we take turns walking around with her?’. Nolan requested.
’No’. I blankly replied to him, not giving him a chance or any hope.
’Dude, that’s not fair! She is also my mate!’. He quarreled with .
’I know’. I answered him, and with a smirk on my face, I added, ’Too bad I am the one in charge of our body’.
