"Change the Uchiha clan's fate? That's one hell of a claim."
Uchiha Yashiro snorted, arms crossed. He'd racked his brain for months and still couldn't see any path out of their nightmare. Now so stranger shows up out of nowhere saying he can fix everything? Sounded like a joke.
But after hearing how easily this guy had dropped their guards, Yashiro decided to hear him out.
"Who the hell are you?"
Yashiro studied the masked figure in black from head to toe.
"If you're really here to help the Uchiha, why hide your face?"
Rasa smiled behind the mask.
"If I showed my real face, it would be bad for both of us. You don't need my na. You don't even need to know if I'm sincere. All you have to do is decide whether the help I'm offering is real or not."
Yashiro frowned but had to admit the man had a point.
"Fine. What exactly are you offering us… and what do you want in return?"
Rasa didn't waste ti.
"What I need from you is simple. Give a copy of the full Uchiha clan genealogy."
Yashiro's eyes narrowed.
"Don't worry," Rasa continued calmly. "I'm not planning any curse jutsu or blackmail. A list of nas won't let threaten you. You're shinobi—you know that. Our enemies are the sa. Both of us want to hurt Konoha."
Yashiro's frown deepened. Asking for the clan register right off the bat felt way too suspicious.
"Why the hell do you want our family tree?"
Rasa leaned in slightly.
"You heard Danzo's little speech clearing the Uchiha of Rin Nohara's death, right? I don't buy a single word of it. The Uchiha had zero reason to go after that girl. Which ans Danzo's story is fake. And if he went to that much trouble to make it detailed, there have to be holes. Nas that don't exist. Inconsistencies. I want the real genealogy so I can tear his lies apart."
Yashiro gave a cold laugh.
"Even if you find proof, who the hell is going to believe it? It's Konoha we're talking about—"
Rasa cut him off.
"That's my problem. Sunagakure has people inside the Ninja World Big Events Weekly. We can buy the right editors and get the truth printed for the whole world to see."
Yashiro's eyebrows shot up. The look in his eyes changed.
"You've got agents inside another great village? That's impressive. But Rasa isn't an idiot. If he catches wind of this, he'll rip your people out by the roots."
Rasa shook his head.
"Don't overestimate Rasa. Sunagakure is still recovering from the war. And this hurts Konoha, so the village leadership won't stop us. In exchange for the genealogy, I'll give you sothing valuable."
Yashiro blinked, genuinely surprised. He'd already assud the deal was just the list for the newspaper exposé. An extra piece of information was unexpected.
"What kind of information?"
Rasa's voice dropped.
"Given the Uchiha's current situation, you've got two real options if you want to survive in the ninja world. Either throw yourselves at the rcy of another great village and hope they'll protect you from Konoha… or get strong enough to stand on your own. Like Uchiha Madara once was."
He let the words hang.
"That kind of power cos from the Mangekyō Sharingan. The evolution beyond the three-tomoe. None of you here have awakened it yet. But I know soone who has the potential. Soone you could take it from."
Yashiro stared hard at the masked man.
"Who?"
"Uchiha Itachi."
Rasa continued without missing a beat.
"Fugaku's eldest son. I've sensed the sa aura around him that Madara once carried. He's the one who can awaken that power. Steal it from him and the Uchiha might actually have a future."
Of course, the genealogy request was mostly bullshit. Rasa wasn't even sure it would help him find real flaws in Danzo's story. If it did, great. If not, no big loss.
His real goal was simpler: light a fire under the Uchiha so they'd start fighting back against Danzo's lies. Stir enough trouble, let Ebizo's rumor team do the rest, and he'd hit the last thousand points he needed to finish the third rumor and unlock the next one.
Giving them Itachi's na was pure bonus. Right now the Uchiha still inside Konoha were just a handful of weaklings. No real threat to the higher-ups. That ant no explosive conflict. That ant Shisui, Itachi, and even little Sasuke would all grow up loyal to Konoha and beco terrifying assets.
The thought made Rasa's stomach twist.
Even with the war over and peace declared, another war was inevitable. If Konoha kept growing this strong, Sunagakure wouldn't stand a chance.
"Hiruzen Sarutobi. Danzo Shimura. The Sannin. Uzumaki Naruto. Uchiha Shisui. Uchiha Itachi. Uchiha Sasuke. Plus the rest of the Ino-Shika-Cho kids, Might Guy, Might Duy…" Rasa muttered under his breath as he walked away. "It's too much. Konoha still needs to be nerfed. Hard. Or Sunagakure won't survive. Unless I hit one hundred percent Ōtsutsuki bloodline first."

Rasa vanished into the night.
Yashiro stood there a long ti, staring at the spot where the masked man had disappeared.
"Uchiha Itachi…" he whispered. "How the hell did he know? That sa feeling as Madara… has this guy actually t the old ghost? What ancient relic is he? What grudge does he have against Konoha? Could he be from the Uzumaki clan? Only they'd hate the Leaf that much while hiding that kind of power. I couldn't even read him."
A young Uchiha appeared at his side.
"Yashiro-sama."
Yashiro's face hardened.
"Pass the order. Gather every elite shinobi in the clan. Right now. I have sothing important to say. Sothing that decides whether the Uchiha live or die."
"Yes, Yashiro-sama!"
