"Thomas Shannon, if you want to save your woman, let Robert Stone go!"
Alia Shaw cried in pain, tears streaming down her face. "Thomas... save ... I can’t take it anymore."
Sophie Sullivan clenched her teeth. Right now, she really wanted to give Alia a hard slap in the face. So annoying! If Thomas Shannon wanted to save her, he would do so without her yelling. If he didn’t want to save her, she could scream her throat out, and he still wouldn’t. She might as well save her energy; she might have a chance to save herself later.
Thomas Shannon’s gaze never shifted to Alia Shaw. He was staring intently at Sophie, who remained silent, raising his eyebrows. "Maniac, are you alright?"
Hearing this, tears stread down Alia’s face. This ti, she was truly heartbroken. Could it be that he only had eyes for the Maniac, and couldn’t see her at all?
Sophie’s heart skipped a beat. Thomas Shannon... he was setting her up!
She pursed the corner of her mouth, remaining silent.
The coldness in her eyes was enough to freeze Thomas Shannon.
George Field had hung both Alia and Sophie up because he couldn’t figure out who Thomas Shannon genuinely cared about more. From the mont he entered until now, he had only glanced at Alia once; the rest of the ti, his eyes were on Sophie. This inquiry undoubtedly gave George Field the answer he was looking for.
Damn Thomas Shannon! And to think she’d been foolish enough to believe he might, at least, have liked her a little. Even if he didn’t like her as a person, surely he was infatuated with her body. But now, all of that had been shattered to pieces.
"Maniac, don’t be afraid; I’ll save you soon." Thomas Shannon’s lips hooked into a smile. "Wait for ."
Sophie trembled with anger.
Alia cried like rain, unable to stop her tears, and her cries of pain echoed throughout the warehouse.
William Field couldn’t bear being under soone’s control for even one second longer. He cried out in pain, "Father, save ! Kill Thomas Shannon!"
George Field would not be foolish enough to kill Thomas Shannon in Country S. He still wanted to leave Country S alive, so... his woman had to be the one to die. His son’s vengeance had to be paid by soone!
George Field took out his gun, a cigar in his mouth, his eyes narrowed nacingly. He pointed the gun at Sophie. "Thomas Shannon, tell , which woman do you want to save? Her?"
The gun muzzle’s direction shifted, pointing at Alia Shaw. "Or her?"
The man holding the traction rope stood tall and straight, his handso face showing an unchanging coldness. He was calm and collected, without any sign of panic at being threatened.
After hearing George Field’s words, Thomas Shannon just pursed the corner of his mouth, and a hint of forbearance flashed in his eyes. "Release the Maniac, and I’ll return William Field to you."
George Field sneered, "Really?"
He pointed the gun at Alia Shaw. "Should I start by crippling her hands or her charming legs?"
Thomas Shannon’s thin lips pressed tightly.
"Or, should I take her life first? It’s a troubling question, Thomas Shannon. Why don’t you tell where to start crippling her?"
George Field left the choice to him.
Thomas Shannon yanked the traction rope, and William Field’s neck was instantly tightened. He let out a painful howl, and the gurgling sound of him swallowing blood ca from his throat.
After a long ti, he spat out a mouthful of blood with difficulty.
The blood flowed down the corner of his mouth and continued to drip.
DRIP... DRIP...
Each drop of blood fell at his feet, crystal clear and horrifying to look at.
