Charlie River trembled. "Young Master, I... I don’t dare."
"Spineless!" Thomas Shannon scoffed.
Jas Shannon glared at his rebellious son. "I heard from your Uncle Spencer that you took your girlfriend to et him?"
"Yes."
Young Master Shannon lowered his head, pinching Harry’s soft little claws.
Huh? Did he just dismiss with one word? Rebellious son!
"Have her co down and see ." He wanted to see what kind of girlfriend his son, who had finally found soone after all this ti, had found.

"She’s asleep."
Young Master Shannon refused flatly.
Jas Shannon leaned back on the sofa, his posture elegant and distinguished. "Then, when she wakes up, have her co down to see ."

"I don’t accept your refusal." Thomas Shannon lit a cigar. "Have her co see now, or wait until she wakes up. Choose one."

Thomas Shannon held Harry and started to leave. "Charlie River, see the guest out."

Jas Shannon slamd the table and stood up, his handso face full of anger.
Charlie River imdiately advised, "Mister, the Young Master is unwell, and his words were inevitably impolite. Please don’t take it to heart. Calm down, sir, calm down."
Thomas Shannon finally stopped. Standing on the staircase, he turned around, his face calm. "Father, I don’t like anyone targeting her."
"Can’t I, your father, even take a look at your girlfriend?!"

Jas Shannon wanted to beat him up right then and there, but the thought of Thomas’s mother made him instantly dismiss the idea.
"It’s not the right ti." Thomas Shannon, seeming worried about truly upsetting him, softened his tone. "You’ll scare her."

"Alright, Father, Mother is still waiting for you to return. Don’t forget to leave a few strands of hair before you go."
With that, Thomas Shannon turned and went upstairs.
The Young Master was still considerate of him! Charlie River thought gratefully. He’d actually prompted the Mister to offer to leave the hair himself, saving him the trouble!

Jas Shannon looked up, and the figure on the balcony quickly vanished.
He snorted coldly and bent down to get into the car.
The black Rolls-Royce fleet, like an imperious, raging dragon, quickly left the manor.

As soon as Sophie Sullivan slipped back into her bedroom, she saw Thomas Shannon entering through the door.
She wrapped her arms around her chest and stared at him coldly. "Who was this honorable guest you were receiving that even I wasn’t allowed downstairs?"
"My father." Thomas Shannon was honest, not hiding anything. He held Harry and walked up to her. Gripping her chin with one hand, he examined her face carefully for a while.
"Did you pick off the blood scab, or did it fall off on its own?"
"I don’t know." Sophie Sullivan got back to the point. "Your father was here, so why wasn’t I allowed downstairs? Or do you think I’m not fit to et your father?"
Thomas Shannon was concerned about her face, but he hadn’t expected her focus to still be on his father.
He chuckled. "Why, do you want to et my father?"
