A few monts later, Peter closed the panel with a faint sigh.
Unlike the grand, all-encompassing departnt store he'd imagined, the System Shop was far more restrictive. It only allowed him to repurchase items he had already obtained through gacha, and at a steep cost—20 Master Points, equivalent to 200,000 Poké Dollars.
That was double the price of a single pull.
After so consideration, only a handful of items seed worth it:
TMs like Encore and Substitute were decent pickups.
As for special items, the Normal-type Pokémon Egg, Form Changer, and Teleport Stone had so niche value.

The Form Changer felt less appealing. If he weren't specializing in Normal-types, he might've been tempted to convert sothing flashy like Alolan Ninetales or Galarian Rapidash just for aesthetics.
The Teleport Stone, though?
That one was pure comfort.

Among all villain teams—excluding Team Rocket's legendary persistence—Team Galactic stood at the very top in sheer threat level.
"I rember… Team Galactic has a base in Eterna City, right?"
Peter recalled his Pokémon Diamond & Pearl mories.
While this world followed the ani tiline, the show only vaguely touched upon Team Galactic's movents. Their deeper operations remained a mystery.
"Maybe I should check it out soti…"
With a Teleport Stone in hand, he finally had so breathing room to explore dangerous territory.
If he could obtain intel about Legendary Pokémon from Team Galactic, it would make future plans—like helping Lopunny search for her grandmother—much easier.

Sinnoh's Creation Myth
According to legend, Arceus created the universe, followed by the birth of the Creation Trio:
Dialga, ruler of tiPalkia, ruler of spaceGiratina, ruler of antimatter
Each resided within their own domain.
Among them, Giratina dwelled in the Distortion World—a realm where life and death intertwined, where reality itself fractured and folded.
In the ani, Team Galactic's leader Cyrus captured the Lake Guardians—

sprit,
Azelf—
forging the Red Chain to enslave Dialga and Palkia.
His goal: destroy the current world and create a new one.
He failed—thanks to Ash and his companions—but vanished through a dinsional gate, his fate unknown.
In the gas, the outco was different. Cyrus was dragged into the Distortion World by Giratina and ultimately defeated through the combined efforts of the protagonist, Cynthia, and the Lake Guardians.
With Peter's arrival, the tiline had already begun to shift.
"Still… if I can stop Team Galactic early…"
Not only could he earn goodwill from powerful Legendaries—
He also had a bold idea.

After tidying up, Peter led his four Pokémon toward the Eterna Gym.
From afar, the gym resembled a flattened cylindrical structure, its walls overgrown with ivy, moss, and vines. The air itself felt alive, refreshing.
"Hello—anyone ho?"
Monts later, the glass doors slid open, and a green-haired woman stepped out.
She wore a loose green cloak over a black, form-fitting inner top that exposed her slim waist and navel. Orange shorts, green boots, and toned legs completed a look that blended wildness with natural beauty.
"I'm Gardenia, the Gym Leader of Eterna City. Are you here to challenge the Gym?"
"Ah—yes, I—"
Before Peter could finish, Gardenia spawned next to him and grabbed Dolliv's tiny hands.
"Whoa—whoa—whoa! I've never seen this Pokémon before!
That vibrant green! That cute grass skirt! It's adorable!!
It's Grass-type, right? Right?!"
Peter twitched.
"Uh… yes. Her na is Dolliv. She's from the Paldea region.
Her typing is Normal Grass."
"That's AMAZING!!"
Gardenia finally looked at Peter.
"Any Trainer who travels with Grass-types must be a good person!"
Peter: "..."
Why was he getting a 'nice guy' card for this?
Eventually—after a thorough inspection—Dolliv escaped Gardenia's enthusiastic grasp.
"You're Peter from Goldenrod City, right? I think Roark ntioned you.
You're interested in developing more efficient Pokéblocks?"
"Yes—and I'm also here for the Gym Challenge."
"Hmmm…" Gardenia tapped her chin.
"Tell you what—I've got an exhibition to attend today. If you're free, want to co along?"
"It's at the Eterna City Historical Museum. Perfect for first-ti visitors~
We can do the Gym battle this afternoon."
"That works for ."

Thus, under Gardenia's energetic guidance, Peter arrived at the city's central museum.
The complex was massive—constructed from blue-green alloy materials and reinforced with thick, bulletproof glass to protect its priceless artifacts.
"This place preserves so of Sinnoh's rarest ancient relics," Gardenia explained proudly.
Peter's eyes lit up as he examined the exhibits.
