To prevent Athena from being innocently involved in this matter, Easton Hols explained the whole situation to Michael Linton and Serena Zimrman that night.
After hearing what Easton said, Serena finally understood the cause and effect of this matter. Without needing Easton to say much, she imdiately decided to join Easton in protecting the peace of the family.
Michael needed no further explanation either, as this matter concerned his nephew and niece-in-law as well as his own daughter. He felt a duty to protect all three of them and ensure the absolute safety of the family.
"Uncle! Aunt! I’m sorry, letting Athena..."
"Family mbers don’t need to say sorry, besides, you can’t be blad for this; if anything, bla that Heath kid."
Because Grant Heath’s actions troubled the innocent Athena, Easton expressed his apologies to Michael and Serena. Before he could finish, they interrupted him.
Their understanding did not an the issue was unrelated to him, and although Easton was not the type to be overly sentintal, he still felt uneasy; his sister was still so young, just a high school senior.
He worried the issue might affect his sister’s normal life. He had already made calls to deal with the online rumors, but the matter was already causing an uproar online.
"Uncle! Aunt! I want Athena to transfer to a boarding school in Fla Country. Do you think that’s okay?" Grant’s family would certainly co to find Athena again. Easton wanted to take Athena to Fla Country to both avoid the Heath family and conveniently protect her.
This incident happened too abruptly; Michael and Serena had honestly not considered it. The couple exchanged a glance and then simultaneously looked at Easton.
"Is it necessary? Do the Heath family really dare to harass Athena at school?" Michael’s eyes flashed coldly, quickly enough to be nearly unnoticeable.
Easton’s sharp eyes caught the brief cold gleam in Michael’s eyes, "Whether they dare or not, we should be prepared. In a few months, Athena will be taking the college entrance exam, so we should make comprehensive preparations."
This matter was not related to his uncle, and it had already implicated his innocent sister; Easton could not involve his uncle further, nor let his uncle’s reputation be tarnished because of this.
"Michael! I think Easton makes a valid point; Athena will be taking her college entrance exam in a few months, and it’s better to be cautious." Serena also worried about this, fearing it might affect Athena’s studies, which was their current top concern.
Easton nodded: "Yes! It’s better to be cautious; this doesn’t an we are afraid of the Heath family. Athena’s education is most important right now."
Only by protecting the innocent can he safely deal with that Grant.
"Alright, then let’s decide on this approach." Seeing Easton and Serena both agreed, Michael considered it feasible too. Athena was now in a critical period of her senior year, and they should prioritize the college entrance exam.
Having reached a consensus in their mini-eting, the three planned their next step: discussing the transfer decision with Athena.
