The hub, that had seen little to no activity in the past few days, put on a massive show. Bird puppets flew out of the hub like bees from the hive and they all hovered over the city.
The city was mostly empty, but it was still active because of the conquest. The mont, the puppets hovered over, every mber in the city, regardless of their affiliation got ready. Nobody trusted the hub anymore.
They wanted to destroy these puppets imdiately, but they rembered what happened, the last ti soone attacked hub. Bloody Chariot himself ca to its defense. So, they didn't dare make a move.
All they could do was just stare at them and get ready to defend if they made any move.

In that video, they saw Elder Pith hovering in the void and Sam performing a thousand cuts, killing him slowly.
The video shocked everyone. Pith is an elder after all, so a lot of people knew him. He spent a ton of ti in this realm. It's a given.
Ling Tian who was still actively trying to find out what Sam was up to, was the most shocked.
He ran out to look at the screen. He saw as Sam moved like a flash and cut the elder bit by bit. While it was shocking how a kid in second grade is actually doing sothing like this to an Elder, Ling Tian understood the situation.
"He is the chess board. Sam captured him." He muttered out loud in shock. His pupils visibly shook a buzz hit his head for a mont.
"He fucking captured him." He repeated that line. This terrified him more than whatever Sam could have done. He could have destroyed an Elder level realm, Ling Tian would have thought its normal. But capturing an elder, is a whole different story.
While he was lost in his thoughts, sothing else happened.
