“You jerk, you finally ca back!” Feeling the familiar energy surging into her, Irene was both delighted and furious.
“You seem full of spirit. Looks like you don’t need my help after all.” Yae-hi chuckled behind her.
“Don’t say that, I’m about to be drained dry!” At those words, Irene panicked imdiately.
“Charging three shards at once, you’re really sothing.” Yae-hi glanced at her palm and couldn’t help but laugh.
This little one had clearly gotten greedy and tried to charge all three shards at once, only to end up losing control.
“Ugh, it’s your fault!” Irene spun around and shot Yae-hi a fierce glare. She already looked more energetic than before.
“My fault? How?” Yae-hi blinked in confusion.
“You told to finish it quickly!” Pouting, Irene puffed up her cheeks adorably.
“But I never said to do all three at once.” Yae-hi reached out and gently patted her head.
“I don’t care, it’s all your fault!” Irene huffed with righteous indignation.
“Alright, alright, it’s all my fault.” Yae-hi spoke as if pacifying a child, her face overflowing with indulgence.
That look nearly made Irene explode on the spot. However, the three shards chose this mont to act up again, making her abort her tantrum. She cried out in urgency, “You jerk, help already!”
Without hesitation, Yae-hi placed a hand on her chest and poured more life energy into her. At the sa ti, her eyes glowed green as she used clairvoyant sight to observe the internal changes, offering precise support.
Her own life energy was running low, so she had to use it sparingly.
“H-Hey! Where are you touching?!” Irene’s face turned bright red as she cried out.
“Quiet. Focus on the conversion.” Yae-hi replied calmly, unfazed. Such trivial matters didn’t concern her in the slightest.
“Mmm…” Irene wanted to retort, but as she felt the continuous influx of life energy, she obediently focused on the conversion process, allowing the fragnts to absorb it. Only when they were full could she finally be free. As for how she would deal with this shaless rascal afterward… she’d figure it out then.
With Irene fully cooperating, Yae-hi found the process much smoother. The two of them worked in perfect sync, one injecting energy, the other converting it.
Yae-hi had to replenish a good amount of mana during the process, but at last, after fifteen minutes, the three fragnts were finally fully charged.
“Ugh, I’m exhausted…” Irene tossed the golden-glowing fragnts aside, collapsed onto the bed, and groaned weakly.
Yae-hi also sat on the bed, her pretty face slightly pale and clearly fatigued. Charging three Holy Spirit Shards had drained both of them significantly.
“We’ll have to use them sparingly.”
“If you don’t, I’ll bite you to death… rawr!” Irene crawled over and bit Yae-hi’s hand with her tiny mouth.
“Don’t worry, I won’t use them recklessly.” Yae-hi chuckled as she carefully stored the shards away.
“Hmph!” Irene released her bite with a huff. “Where’s the reward you promised ?”
Hearing that, Yae-hi hesitated. “Right now?”
“Of course! I want it now!” She had worked so hard to charge those shards, she deserved a great reward!
Irene pushed herself up halfway and leaned against Yae-hi.
“So you’re saying… you agree?” Yae-hi blinked, smiling as she asked.
“Agree—wait, agree to what? Waaah! What are you doing?!”
Suddenly, just as she was rising, Yae-hi pushed her down onto the bed. Then, with practiced ease, her clothes were removed.
“Your reward.” Yae-hi lood over her with a mischievous smile.
“S-Stop! I don’t want this kind of reward!” Irene’s cheeks were burning red as she flailed in a panic. She never imagined the reward would be the kind of forbidden scenes described in those lewd novels!
“Relax, it’ll be over quickly.” Yae-hi grinned.

The latter blushed furiously, her skin flushing a soft pink, delicate and breathtaking.
“N-No… You can’t…” Her voice had beco barely audible, filled with anxiety and anticipation. ‘Father in heaven… Today, Irene is going to beco a woman!’ With that thought, she shut her eyes tightly, whispering faint protests while bracing herself nervously.
“Here we go.” At that mont, Yae-hi ford a glowing green needle in her hand and swiftly plunged it down.
“No—wait—Goddess above—aaah! That hurts!” Before she could finish her cry, a sudden sharp pain struck her lower body. She opened her eyes and saw a verdant green needle stuck into the area just above her abdon.
“You jerk! Why are you stabbing with a needle?!” She cried out in frustration.
“Just doing a few adjustnts. A full-body beauty treatnt.” Yae-hi replied nonchalantly.
Hearing that, Irene was completely dumbfounded. ‘Full-body beauty treatnt? Wait… wasn’t this supposed to be about ascending to heaven?!’ At that mont, she finally realized she had gravely misunderstood. No—horribly misunderstood!
She had even ntally prepared herself for a fierce and passionate battle. ‘Waaah, I’m so embarrassed I could die!’ Right now, all Irene wanted was to crawl into a hole and disappear.

“You’re the worst! I hate you!” Flushed as red as a cherry, Irene scrambled for a pillow and threw it at Yae-hi. Unfortunately, it was instantly swatted back, right into her face.
“Ow!”
At the sa ti, green flas ignited in both of Yae-hi’s hands, and her eyes turned a bright erald hue. “Alright, don’t squirm.” With that, she placed her glowing hands on Irene’s body and began the ticulous full-body beauty treatnt.
Irene imdiately let out a string of mortified and indignant screams. Even though it wasn’t the intimate scene she had feared, being touched all over like this was still embarrassing beyond belief!

In less than two minutes, all resistance lted away. Irene gave up completely and lay there like a limp doll, letting Yae-hi do as she pleased.
Twenty minutes later, Yae-hi finally withdrew her hands and let out a soft breath. Although there hadn’t been many parts of Irene’s body that needed adjusting, perfecting all the details still took considerable effort.
“All done.” She declared.
On the bed, Irene lay motionless like a salted fish, showing no signs of life. Clearly, she had emotionally shut down. Seeing her unresponsive, Yae-hi gently tucked her in with a blanket, then quietly left the church on her own.
“Ugh… I’ll never get married now… never…” After a long while, Irene finally stirred, her face filled with despair. “No, I won’t let that jerk get away with this. She’s going to take responsibility!”
But as soon as she said that, a wave of exhaustion washed over her, and she couldn’t help but close her eyes and slowly drift into sleep.
