Now reading: Chapter 25—Artificial Sun from SSS-Class Summoner: I only Summon Primordial Spirits, a Fantasy novel by HaloPrimus.

Laden’s eyes were wide open in shock as he stood up on his feet while he headed towards the window.

Blinding light seeping through them and illuminating Laden’s face and his whole room.

"Why the hell is the sun out?" he questioned while looking at the clock on the wall.

He could obviously see the ti displaying; it was still midnight, but why was the sun out now?

"Look again," Pri said from the Nascent Space.

"That’s not the sun," he said.

Laden suddenly realized what Pri ant by those words, so he relaxed and strained his eyes.

Beneath the large blaze was a small figure; it looked more like a dot from Laden’s current position.

"Don’t tell ," Laden said while he took a few steps backward.

"It’s an attack," Pri said in an indifferent tone.

Despite being as far away as he was, Laden could still feel the heat emanating from that attack; it felt more like the heat of the sun on a hot sumr afternoon.

"Summoners grow this strong," he muttered in shock.

The peak display of power he had seen since he had arrived in this world was those eyes that were too incomprehensible to him and then Dally’s casual show.

"I guess she isn’t so strong," Laden said while thinking of Dally’s face.

"Dumbass, don’t underestimate that woman," Pri said with an extrely serious tone.

Laden stood there and watched the attack slowly descend as ti passed until it landed sowhere extrely far off into the distance.

Boooommmm!!!

An extrely loud explosion rang out, almost completely destroying his eardrum and forcing Laden to clutch his head tightly.

A few seconds after the sound arrived, the shockwave also ca with full force, almost sending Laden flying through the air.

While it progressed, buildings got destroyed, glass and other building materials flying all around.

In the midst of all of the chaos, one thought suddenly struck Laden’s mind.

"My parents," he said anxiously.

Ignoring the blood slowly trickling from his ears, Laden sprung out of his room and headed downstairs to check on his parents.

"Are you guys okay?" he asked hurriedly while he looked at them nestled on the couch with blood also coming out of their ears; his mom even had blood flowing out of her mouth.

"We will be fine," his dad forcefully said with his eyes stuck to the television.

Noticing his parents’ absent-minded state, Laden’s attention was also drawn to the television, currently switched to the news channel where a woman read sothing off a paper.

"The Summoners Association kindly pleads with all of the citizens of Terminal 15, as the explosion was as a result of a collision between a summoner and a high-ranking evil beast outside the terminal."

"As I thought, it was a clash between the strong," Laden’s dad muttered.

"Evil beast, what the hell are those?" Laden thought distractedly.

"Evil beast, corrupted beast, spirit beasts—what’s with all of these beasts?" he continued.

"You can head back to your room now, Laden; the Summoner Association has promised to make ands," he heard his dad say, dragging him out of his thoughts.

"Make ands? "How?" he hadn’t finished speaking when he suddenly saw mottled green points of light falling through the ceiling and landing on everything all around.

When about three of them touched him, Laden felt it rge into his skin, producing a soothing feeling filled with warmth.

He even felt the wound to his ear slowly healing and his body being completely rejuvenated.

"Miraculous," Laden muttered.

Seeing that his parents were okay and the Summoners Association taking responsibility for their actions, Laden decided to shove everything aside for now and head to bed.

Suffering from quite a bit of ntal fatigue, the mont he landed on his bed, Laden fell asleep instantly.

Ti flew by in a blur, and soon it was morning again. Laden was woken up by the excessive brightness entering through his broken window.

"Ti to head over to school again. I wish the break could arrive as soon as possible," he said helplessly while forcing himself to get up from the bed.

Despite being reluctant, Laden did waste ti and was soon ready for school. He checked on his parents one last ti before he rushed out.

The streets were extrely lively this morning, multiple people discussing different things, but most of them were about the midnight event.

Since he was quite interested in the topic, Laden intentionally walked much slower than he usually did, hoping to eavesdrop on so conversations.

"I heard it was Jones that used that attack last night," soone whispered.

"Really? How did they know that? "The other party asked, appearing quite interested in the topic.

"Soone said they heard his signature catchphrase when he was about to send the attack out,"

"Burn under the glory of my sun," the two of them said in unison.

"Exactly," the sharer said with a nod.

While Laden listened to the conversation, he made sure he paid attention to everything, but sothing especially caught his attention.

In his previous life, Laden had read characters with specific catchphrases, and he usually felt it was awkward, but he also sotis enjoyed it.

"What do you think about us having our own catchphrase, Pri?" Laden said with a smile.

"Catchphrase? You expect this one to have sothing as dumb as a catchphrase," Pri retorted.

"And besides, even if I agreed to it, I doubt you would be able to co up with sothing that’s worthy of this primordial one power,"

Listening to Pri’s arrogant words, Laden just couldn’t help but shake his head and forget about it.

After a little bit more, Laden finally arrived in class, hurrying himself to get settled and wait for the teacher to begin the class.

And just as he expected, Dally was the one who walked into the class, her expression showing extre seriousness.

"The Academy Entrance Test is being shifted forward," She said in an extrely loud voice.
