The room was filled with people, all worried about Sophie.
Old Master Walyon had only three grandsons, and although he was usually quite stern, whenever any of the grandchildren had health issues, there was no way he wouldn’t be worried.
Old Master had his brow furrowed tightly, hands behind his back, and hadn’t spoken since entering the room.
He was the grandfather, naturally concerned about Sophie, but what surprised Sumr Sutton was that Bryce Walyon seed genuinely concerned about Sophie too.
As Sumr’s gaze casually swept across the room, she noticed Bryce watching Sophie anxiously and nervously several tis.

Twisting and turning in bed, really wanting to reach for the water cup, but feeling too embarrassed to directly ask a maid given his supposedly severe condition.
After twisting and turning several tis, while contemplating how to open his mouth, a slender, fair hand delivered a cup of water before him.
Seeing the slight steam rising from the water, Sophie’s eyes lit up.
Sumr sat down beside the bed, directly offering the cup to his lips.
Using her help, Sophie sat up and took several gulps, urging the others out of the room with calm indifference, "With Sister-in-law here, I’m fine. You all can leave!"
He just wanted to have a private conversation with Sumr.
Diana was extrely displeased with him.
She was his biological mother!
