They were surrounded by woods, with no escape. It was too late to return to the cave and moving forward was suicidal. His expression tightened as he imdiately called over Hook and explained the situation, instructing him, "Quick, notify everyone to spread out as much as possible and hide behind the big trees. Once hidden, don't move and definitely don't run around. Everyone be careful."
"Yes," Hook, aware of the seriousness, changed color and hurriedly spread the word.

The helicopter moved quickly and was flying high, making it a difficult target. Luo Zheng's expression chilled as he quickly lowered his rifle, backed up against a tree, and shouted, "No chance, abort the attack, hide, don't expose yourselves."
Realizing the slim chances of a successful attack, everyone lowered their weapons and took cover behind large trees, curling their body into a ball and sticking close to the trunks to reduce exposure to gunfire. Luo Zheng observed the locals of the tribe who had concealed themselves, so just behind any tree they found. Those trees would be easily penetrated by the universal machine gun mounted on the helicopter, resulting in certain death. He hurriedly called out, "Hook, tell everyone to find thick, sturdy trees for cover."
"Da da da!" Before he even finished speaking, the helicopter started its assault, with bullets raining down like a downpour, hitting the ground and making a rustling sound. In the midst of such intensive gunfire, anywhere but behind the large tree spelled certain death.
"Pop, pop, pop!" A dense hail of bullets rained down relentlessly, causing despair. Mud and dirt flew, gun smoke filled the air, and the ard helicopter roared away triumphantly.
"Quick, scatter," Luo Zheng shouted, seizing the chance as the helicopter turned around to dash from the tree. There was nowhere to hide in the flat terrain. "The pilot's a pro, hard to aim at," Lan Xue shouted through her headset.
Luo Zheng, seeing even Lan Xue, who was a better sniper than himself, had no confidence, decided not to waste bullets. Looking left and right, he realized everyone was exposed on the ridge, clearly visible from the air—sitting ducks. The only option was to run downhill, luring the helicopter to fly low. He could take cover on the ridge, closing the distance to the helicopter. Maybe then there would be a chance.
