The moonlight was rare and bright, illuminating the sea. A massive cruise ship began to slowly sink as countless people untied lifeboats and lifebuoys, throwing them into the sea and jumping in after. Not far from the cruise ship, on a speedboat, five people desperately scooped water out with their hands, to little avail. Fortunately, the sea was calm without waves or wind, or else the situation would have been even worse.

After a conversation, Luo Zheng learned that the casino's power outage had been orchestrated by an assassin, which Ghost Hand had witnessed. Seeing soone aiming to spray bullets at Luo Zheng, Ghost Hand took the assailant down. Chaos ensued after the outage, and Ghost Hand pursued the assassin. Fearing that Ghost Hand might be at a disadvantage, Mountain Eagle followed in pursuit. Snow Leopard, unable to find Luo Zheng and Lan Xue, rushed out of the main door in search of them and stumbled upon Ghost Hand and Mountain Eagle fighting several assassins, so he joined in to help.

Once Ghost Hand and his companions had eliminated three assassins and heard gunshots from the cockpit, they hurried to the scene, only to find Luo Zheng and Lan Xue had already dashed out. They barely managed to see Lan Xue jump into the sea. They initially planned to jump into the sea to assist, but seeing the speedboat capsize, they decided it was pointless to go there and began looking for other boats to facilitate a rescue. Then, a massive explosion occurred, and what happened afterward was already clear to Luo Zheng and Lan Xue.

The trio fought five assassins, killed two, and three escaped, likely hiding among the crowd. They would settle scores with them later. Everyone desperately scooped water out of the speedboat, and as the sinking gradually slowed down and eventually stopped, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. They continued to bail water out, as surviving depended crucially on this speedboat.

About half an hour later, most of the water inside the speedboat had been cleared. Hearing noisy commotion, they turned and saw the cruise ship had nearly sunk completely. People around the ship were fiercely swimming away to distance themselves from it, as it could create a vacuum, pulling in a massive influx of water and creating a dangerous whirlpool once fully subrged.

Many inford passengers on the cruise ship understood this and loudly called out to everyone to move away. In the face of danger, although so selfish individuals only cared about themselves, most chose to join together for mutual survival. After all, in these waters, unity was their only chance for survival.

"Quick, co over here," Luo Zheng shouted loudly. Most of the people on the ship were from Huaxia Country. As a soldier, it was his duty and obligation to protect everyone's safety at all tis, even if he wasn't in uniform. And the people started yelling as well.

However, everyone quickly noticed a strange phenonon. Instead of moving towards them, the tourists swam furiously in the opposite direction, as if Luo Zheng and his companions were savage beasts. Watching this, Luo Zheng and his group were stunned. A sense of humiliation washed over them. To serve their country and people, to brave death and shed blood, only to be t with distrust? It was utterly disheartening.

"Forget it, we are soldiers after all," Lan Xue whispered, patting everyone's shoulders. She looked up at the night sky, took a deep breath, and continued, "There should be no storm tonight. Everyone is tired, let's rest for now. The rescue boat should arrive by tomorrow."

"Not necessarily," Luo Zheng said sternly, prompting curious glances from the group. After a mont of reflection, Luo Zheng expressed his concerns, "Song Yan has set such a large trap. Our location might not be known to anyone. The outside world has no clue where we are; how will they find us in this vast ocean?"

"Uh?" Upon hearing this, everyone's expression turned grave, and they had to admit that Luo Zheng made a sensible point. If there were no rescue, they might cope since they had a speedboat and could survive for days. But what about the other tourists? In this endless sea and low visibility, there were no ans of self-rescue.

"Let's not worry about that for now," Lan Xue interjected.

Suddenly, a harrowing scream rang out. Everyone looked towards the source, the area where tourists congregated, and they instantly realized sothing was wrong. They all looked at Lan Xue, who after thinking for a mont, said, "Let's go check it out, but be careful."

"Yes," everyone complied, rowing the speedboat with their hands. Ghost Hand moved a piece of tal from the speedboat to use as an oar, and they all made an effort to paddle forward. Unknowingly, they reached near the tourists. Luo Zheng saw that most were on lifeboats, a few in lifebuoys, and so in life jackets, including many won and children who looked pitiable and were at risk of sinking at any mont.

"These bastards," Lan Xue exclaid urgently on seeing this scene, pulling the bolt of her gun and loudly demanding, "What happened just now? Who was shouting?"

All the tourists looked at Lan Xue in panic, but no one answered. Lan Xue's expression chilled. Luo Zheng patted her shoulder, signaling her not to lose her temper, and shouted loudly, "We are police officers from Huaxia Country. The robbers forced to shoot that person; it was actually their gang trying to fra . Everyone is clear about the current situation. We could have chosen not to reveal our identities and help everyone, but we are police officers. If you have any complaints, you can discuss them once we are on land. For now, this area is under our control. Anyone who disobeys will be dealt with severely." As he spoke, an intimidating aura of killing intent emanated from him.

Having witnessed Luo Zheng shoot a prominent young lord under coercion, bravely confronting the gang leader with a gun to his head, and even flipping a speedboat in pursuit, they knew he was a daring and dangerous man not to be trifled with. As for Luo Zheng claiming to be a police officer, the crowd was skeptical, but their shocked expressions relaxed a little.

"Soone is stealing lifebuoys, are you going to do anything about it?" a teenage girl suddenly shouted loudly.

With soone starting the confrontation, Luo Zheng knew this was no ti for hesitation. He imdiately roared, "Yes! Who, where?" His sharp gaze swept around the girl, quickly spotting a man panicking and trying to hide.

"It's an assassin!" Ghost Hand shouted in surprise, raising his hand and firing a barrage. The assassin quickly dove into the sea, and Ghost Hand ceased firing. The gunfire made many people around them duck for cover, gawking at Luo Zheng and his team in terror. The trust they had just started to build quickly evaporated.

"Everyone, stay calm, don't move," Luo Zheng bellowed, his voice thundering over the sea and causing everyone to halt their movents and look towards him. Luo Zheng's expression chilled as he continued to shout, "The man from before is an assassin, the very target we were pursuing. Everyone, stay still."

Upon hearing this, no one knew whether to believe or not, but under the gaze of Luo Zheng and his ard companions, everyone cald down, not daring to move rashly to avoid accidental harm. After waiting a few minutes, Luo Zheng, with his keen senses, spotted a figure erging from beneath the sea—it was the assassin. He quickly pulled the trigger.

"Da-da-da!" The water was suddenly stained red as a body slowly floated up to the surface.

"Ah?" Everyone looked at Luo Zheng in a panic, unsure of what to do.
