"Do you think you can et our president just because you want to?"

So people beca aggressive, thinking Nathan had overstepped his bounds.

On the other hand, Nathan remained calm as though he were expecting so people to understand what he was saying.

Fortunately, it looked like one of them realized what was going on.

"Wait." An old man with a divine rule stopped them.

"Chancellor!"

"Wait. I need to talk to him." The old man waved his hand and landed in front of Nathan. The others were still wary of Nathan. If he hard the chancellor, they would unleash everything they had on Nathan.

Nathan smiled. "I only seek an audience with your president. Surely, it’s sothing you can grant, right?"

The chancellor narrowed his eyes. "Indeed. However, I need to ask you why... Why would you want to et with our president? Who are you? You are speaking our language, but at the sa ti, you are not."

"As you’ve probably guessed, I’m not from this continent. I don’t care about your grudges with other countries. I’m only here to discuss things about the aliens."

"..." The chancellor fell silent.

"What?"

"Soone from another continent?"

"He’s lying."

"There’s no way he can travel in this situation."

The chancellor contemplated. "Suppose... I don’t let you et our president?"

Nathan simply pointed up. The ash cloud, for so reason, sparked so lightning as though it were about to rain.

However, all of them possessed enough strength to see the massive shadow behind the ash cloud. They could see a monster so big that it might actually be bigger than the entire city.

"Are you threatening us?" The chancellor gritted his teeth.

"Of course not. I don’t care who I et as long as that person controls the Federation." Nathan smirked.

"!!!" The chancellor knew who he was talking about. If he didn’t let Nathan et the president, he would go to the minister of finance, who had been ssing with this Federation.

With the support of these three people, the minister might actually be able to take over the Federation.

At the sa ti, he was a bit skeptical about letting a man of unknown origin et the president.

The chancellor asked, "Why do you want to et the president?"

"It’s not sothing I should speak about here." Nathan’s expression turned cold. "So, decide now. Oh, don’t misunderstand. I’m offering you an opportunity right now. If the Federation doesn’t take it, I believe the Kingdom and the Republic will accept it. At that ti, I wondered if the Federation would still stand..."

"Kh..."

"This is a threat."

"Just kill them."

"We’re not scared of a threat."

"Enough!" The chancellor raised his voice. "Do you not realize that each of them is equal to mine or even stronger?"

"What?" They were dumbfounded. They certainly didn’t expect that Nathan was that strong. He was still young after all.

Nathan simply looked at the chancellor, demanding his answer. This ti, he didn’t care about cultivating their relationship. What he wanted was an instant process and an instant result.

The chancellor clenched his fists. If a battle occurred, the capital city would be thrown into chaos. There was no telling how many people would die.

The chancellor announced, "Fine!"

"Chancellor!"

"Enough. This is my decision. I will take responsibility." The chancellor had no other choice. He had to accept this, as this was the best outco for the Federation. He couldn’t afford to have the minister take the throne.

It would be a shortcut to the Federation’s destruction.

"All of you. Remain on standby." The chancellor sighed.

They were a bit hesitant, but this was the order of the chancellor. He had been helping the president to rule the Federation. It looked like they had no other choice but to stand down for the ti being.

"Follow ." The chancellor glared at Nathan. "However, let make myself clear first. The mont you show any aggression, I will treat you as an enemy and I will not care who you are or the consequences anymore."

"Of course. I’m not here to fight. As I said, I want to give you an opportunity, but this opportunity can only be discussed with your president."

The chancellor narrowed his eyes. There was another reason he actually agreed. Nathan was still that young, but his strength was already unfathomable.

The continent Nathan resided in might actually possess even more power than their continent. If an all-out war happened, he doubted their continent could resist them.

So, it was better to maintain a peaceful relationship.

Still, Nathan barged into their ho forcefully and even threatened the Federation. It could definitely cause a misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, Nathan didn’t have the ti to worry about it. The misunderstanding would be resolved after eting the king anyway.

"Please wait here." The chancellor told them to wait in a huge hall.

After waiting for a while, the chancellor returned with so other summoners as his guards. Then, a middle-aged man entered the room. He barely had enough ti to prepare himself, but he was decent enough to et them.

Nathan observed their movent all the ti, while Vivian and Evelyn remained vigilant.

The president moved to the opposite side of the room. After knowing the other party’s strength, the president remained standing as if he wanted to treat them as equals.

He asked, "I heard you want to et ."

"It’s a pleasure to et you, Mr. President. I just hope that you are the real one, not a body double, because right now, you may want to make a big decision for the entire Federation."

"Presumptuous!"

The president raised his hand, asking them to stop. His expression turned solemn. "An opportunity? After barging in like a terrorist, it’s hard to think positively about this opportunity. It feels like a devil coming to my doorstep, offering an opportunity in exchange for my soul."

"I apologize if you see it that way, but I guess I may indeed look like a devil and will continue to do so. Still, the opportunity that I bring might be sothing that you can’t reject, Mr. President." Nathan smiled.

"Hoh? And what is that?"

"The solution to the food shortage."

"!!!"
