"Why are you standing there? Go in!" Damian Knight urged.
Sumr Monroe thought it was just a coincidence and didn’t say much, following Damian Knight into the restaurant.

Mostly because when Damian had said, "Don’t you know who you’re married to?" she thought he would at least take her to a place where the average al cost was in the hundreds, but it turned out to be a restaurant where the average al cost less than a hundred, which is why she was puzzled.

Damian snapped his fingers.

Sumr looked at the contract again, and there was her na listed as the owner.
"You..." She held the contract, at a loss for words.
Damian cleared his throat and asked, "Do you like this wedding gift?"
"Yes..." Sumr nodded, feeling a mist of tears cloud her eyes, making it hard for her to see Damian’s face.
But Damian’s face had already etched itself into her heart.
