Henry Stanton saw that Old Madam Stanton was suddenly more out of breath than inhaling, and the fear and apology gradually dissipated.
He held the old lady’s hand and said, "Mom, you can go in peace. Rest assured, when you’re over there, I’ll burn more paper money for you, so you can live a worry-free life underground..."
The old lady gasped heavily, while various life detection instrunts in the ergency room were frantically beeping.
She wanted to curse, curse herself for giving birth to such a son, curse herself for birthing a monster, curse heaven and earth, but she couldn’t utter a word, opened her mouth, and spat out a mouthful of fresh blood.
The blood sprayed directly onto Henry Stanton’s face.
As the blood was expelled from her throat, she couldn’t muster the strength to open her eyes.
In that instant, she thought of many things, recalled Luna Monroe, and rembered her lost husband.
"Henry Stanton! You will die a miserable death—"
The sentence was shouted out, and the old lady’s energy was finally exhausted. She twitched all over and closed her eyes heavily.
The heart rate monitor turned into a straight line.

The nearby doctor unemotionally recorded the ti of death.
Henry Stanton grabbed a piece of gauze from nearby, wiping the blood off his face while cursing his misfortune.
He shouldn’t have co in to see the old lady for the last ti.
"My condolences." Doctor Holloway stepped forward, saying these words to Henry Stanton with a complicated feeling.
He too had witnessed an eye-opener today, the family mber coming to see the patient for the last ti turned out to be like this.
The patient should have been able to hold on for another ten minutes, yet she was literally enraged to death by her son.

Henry Stanton walked out of the ergency room with a dark face and, as he stepped out of the hospital doors, happened to bump into Isaac Ross.
Isaac Ross noticed Henry Stanton’s expression, approached with a half-smile, and said, "Mr. Stanton, do you know who donated the pacemaker?"
Henry Stanton, puzzled by Isaac Ross’s question, frowned and asked, "Who?"
Isaac Ross’s smile deepened, adjusted his glasses with gold wire fras, and said, "Soone you definitely wouldn’t expect. If you knew who she was, I believe you’d be very ’surprised’."
Saying this, Isaac Ross placed both hands behind him and walked away in a good mood.
He had heard that Old Madam Stanton was extrely demanding. Many years ago, when Luna Monroe was still around, she never gave Luna Monroe a good face. He believed she had also put pressure on the big boss while at Stanton Manor. Now that she is gone, it might not be a bad thing for the boss.
Henry Stanton looked at Isaac Ross’s back with a puzzled expression.
What does it matter to him who donated the machine?

Sumr Monroe woke up and imdiately saw the ssage sent by Leah Lowell.
The old lady is gone.
Her eyes lit up, and her drowsiness vanished imdiately.

The developnt progress at the Stanton Estate was so slow, all because the old lady’s presence made the local people very wary. Now that the old lady is gone, she believes the progress will be quick.
She was just curious how the old lady suddenly passed away?
Could that fall really have been so severe?
Sumr Monroe shook her head, stopped thinking about it, and happily got up to make breakfast.
Breakfast was simple, a sandwich with a fried egg. She made three portions, one for herself, one for Damian Knight, and another one to take to Holly Holloway.
However, once Damian Knight found out, he quickly ate his sandwich and then reached out to take Holly Holloway’s portion.
