Huli Zu laughed.

"I am sure you would."

He continued listing the branches.

"The Alchemy Branch uses a banner showing a pill and a cauldron."

"They oversee dicinal research and pill refinent."

"The Royal Branch uses a crown and throne symbol."

"That branch directly represents the ruling families." ng Bai's eyes widened slightly.

"So the entire governnt is divided like this?"

Huli Zu nodded.

"Yes,"

"This system exists across most foxkin territories, regardless of which kingdom controls the region."

Daoist Chu stroked his beard thoughtfully.

"It is sowhat similar to the peak system used by many sects."

Huli Zu nodded.

"Exactly."

"Instead of mountain peaks, we have administrative branches." Lin Mu found the system interesting.

It was essentially a governnt structure modeled after sect organization.

Ti passed quickly as they explored the residence and discussed foxkin culture.

Nearly six hours slipped by before Miyeon finally finished her work.

She found them in the library.

"The preparations are complete," she said calmly.

"The guards have readied the carriages."

Huli Zu stretched slightly.

"Excellent timing"

With nothing left to do, the group followed Miyeon outside.

Three carriages waited in the courtyard.

They were not particularly extravagant, which surprised Lin Mu slightly. In many cultivation worlds, nobles preferred ostentatious displays of wealth when traveling.

These carriages, however, were practical and well built rather than flashy.

The first carriage was reserved for Lin Mu, his companions, and the two Huli siblings.

The second carriage carried several officials who worked under Huli Zu. When Lin Mu saw them, he noticed that they had the Scroll and Brush sigil on their robes, showing they belonged to the Formation Branch.

The third carriage transported supplies and docunts that needed to be delivered to the capital.

Once everyone had taken their seats, the caravan began to move.

The wheels rolled smoothly along the stone road as they departed the teleportation hall.

Their destination lay six hundred kiloters away.

The capital city of the Huli Kingdom.

The journey toward the capital began quietly.

The lead carriage that Huli Zu had prepared was far larger than it appeared from the outside. Once everyone settled inside, Lin Mu realized the interior had clearly been expanded with spatial techniques. What looked like a modest vehicle externally was actually a spacious chamber within.

There were seven people inside.

Lin Mu, ng Bai, Daoist Chu, Cattaleya, Elyon, and the two Huli siblings.

Yet even with all of them seated comfortably, the carriage still felt half empty.

If necessary, it could easily hold twenty people without anyone feeling cramped.

Cattaleya stretched out across one of the cushioned benches with a satisfied sigh.

"Now this is comfortable," she said.

Her large fra usually caused problems in most transport vehicles, but this carriage seed built with beastkin travelers in mind. Even her broad shoulders and long legs fit easily across the seat.

ng Bai sat near one of the windows, curiously watching the scenery move past outside.

In the center of the carriage stood a large wooden table secured to the floor with elegant tal braces. Several trays of food and drink had been placed on it, including fruit, pastries, tea, and small bowls of dried snacks.

Each tray was covered with faintly glowing preservation formations that kept the food fresh and perfectly prepared.

Daoist Chu inspected one of the formation seals with interest.

"Quite well crafted," he muttered.

Huli Zu smiled proudly.

"The Cherry Cloud branch values good hospitality."

Lin Mu sat calmly across from Miyeon, quietly observing the carriage's design.

Although he could easily have traveled far faster by calling Little Shrubby and flying across the landscape, he had deliberately chosen not to.

This world was unfamiliar.

Flying openly with a powerful immortal beast would draw unnecessary

attention and possibly provoke misunderstandings.

Traveling by carriage was slower, but it allowed them to move quietly while

learning more about the world they had just entered.

And more importantly, it gave them ti to talk.

Lin Mu took a sip of tea before casually steering the conversation.

"There seems to be quite a variety of beastkin here," he said.

Huli Zu nodded enthusiastically.

"That is true."

"The Fox Scion World is known for its diversity of beastkin tribes."

Miyeon added calmly.

"There are likely over fifty recognized beastkin races on this world."

ng Bai's eyes widened.

"Fifty?"

"Yes," Miyeon said.

"Though more than thirty of those are different foxkin tribes."

Lin Mu raised a brow slightly.

"Foxkin alone make up more than half?"

"That is correct," Huli Zu said proudly.

He tapped his chest lightly.

"For example, I belong to the White Fox Clan."

Cattaleya tilted her head.

"What makes your clan special?"

Huli Zu scratched his cheek.

"Well... we are not exactly known for our combat strength."

"But our senses are among the best in the world."

Miyeon nodded in agreent.

"Our clan also specializes in administration and coordination, other than of

course, Formations."

"That is why many of the governnt positions across the kingdom are held by

White Fox mbers."

Huli Zu leaned back slightly with a grin.

"We also happen to have the largest population among all foxkin clans"

Lin Mu's interest sharpened.

"Oh?"

"How large?"

Huli Zu answered without hesitation.

"Over ten million mbers."

The carriage went silent.

ng Bai nearly dropped the fruit he was holding.

"Ten... million?"

Daoist Chu raised his brows.

"That is... quite a number."

Lin Mu nodded slowly.

Even in major cultivation worlds, a clan with ten million direct mbers was

enormous.

But Huli Zu did not seem finished.

"Of course," he continued, "we are not the strongest clan."

He lifted two fingers.

"The other two top clans are the Fla Fur Fox Clan and the Frost Fox Clan."

Cattaleya leaned forward slightly.

"And which one is the strongest?"

"The Fla Fur Fox Clan," Huli Zu replied.

His tone carried genuine respect.

"They are the dominant combat clan among the foxkin."

He paused briefly before adding,

"They currently have three Transcendent Immortal experts."

Lin Mu's eyes narrowed slightly.

Transcendent Immortals.

Those were cultivators who had stepped beyond the typical immortal tribulation stages. In many worlds, they were considered the highest tier of power before entering the truly mythic realm... The Celestial Realm.
