"Three of them?" Daoist Chu said slowly.
"Yes.""
Huli Zu nodded.
"They are the strongest clan in the Fox Scion World."
"But their population is quite small."
"How small?" ng Bai asked.
"About one thousand mbers."
Everyone in the carriage blinked.
"...One thousand?" ng Bai repeated.
"Yes,"
Huli Zu shrugged.
"The Fla Fur Fox Clan focuses heavily on bloodline purity and combat cultivation."
"They cannot expand their population quickly."
Lin Mu found the contrast fascinating.
An entire world where the most powerful clan had only a thousand mbers. Cattaleya whistled softly.
"That's not even enough to fill a small city."
Huli Zu chuckled.
"True"
"But every single mber of that clan is extrely powerful."
Miyeon then spoke again.
"The Frost Fox Clan is similar."
"They currently possess two Transcendent Immortal experts."
ng Bai leaned forward rembering sothing from earlier.
"Do they rule the eastern continent?"
Miyeon nodded.
"Yes,"
"The entire Eastern Prism Sky Continent is governed by the Frost Fox Clan." Huli Zu added.
"Their population is larger than the Fla Fur clan."
"About two thousand mbers."
Lin Mu rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"So even the Frost Fox clan only has two thousand?"
"Yes"
Huli Zu nodded.
"Which makes them larger than the Fla Fur clan... but still extrely small compared to ours."
He spread his hands proudly.
"anwhile, our White Fox Clan has over ten million mbers."
The sheer difference made everyone pause.
Cattaleya stared at him.
"That gap is ridiculous."
Lin Mu could not help but agree.
"Ten million compared to one thousand..."
Even in cultivation worlds, that level of disparity was unusual.
Huli Zu laughed.
"Of course, not every foxkin belongs to these major clans."
Miyeon clarified further.
"The numbers we ntioned refer only to pure-blooded clan mbers."
"Pure bloods?" ng Bai asked.
"Yes," Miyeon said.
"There are also mixed blood foxkin."
She gestured with her hand.
"So carry blood from multiple foxkin clans."
"Others are descended from unions between foxkin and other beastkin."
"And so even have human ancestry."
Huli Zu added casually.
"The mixed blood population is far larger than the pure clans."
Lin Mu leaned slightly forward.
"How large is the total population of this world?"
Huli Zu answered easily.
"Roughly ten billion."
ng Bai blinked again.
"That many?"
"Yes,"
Miyeon nodded.
"While the Fox Scion world might be considered on the lower side of a mid sized world, thats only in terms of the size of the world itself. The population is
still significant."
"Though most of the population is spread across the Central Ho Continent."
She glanced toward the window.
"The Eastern Prism Sky Continent holds far fewer people."
"And the Western Beast Lands..."
Her voice trailed off slightly.
"Hardly any settlents exist there at all."
Lin Mu quietly absorbed the information.
Ten billion inhabitants.
Multiple foxkin clans.
Beastkin dominance.
And a world with deep reverence for the Guardian Beasts.
But there was still one thing he had not heard ntioned.
Not even once... Dwarves.
Which ant either they did not exist here... Or they had never been publicly
recorded.
Lin Mu sipped his tea slowly, keeping his expression calm.
The journey to the capital was already proving informative.
The carriage continued to roll steadily along the road as the conversation
deepened.
Outside the windows, the landscape of the Central Ho Continent stretched endlessly. Fields, distant forests, and rolling hills passed by in a quiet rhythm. Occasionally, small settlents appeared in the distance before vanishing
behind them.
Inside the carriage, however, the discussion had beco far more engaging.
Lin Mu had been carefully processing everything Huli Zu and Miyeon had explained so far. The population structures of the fox clans were fascinating, but one detail still lingered in his mind.
The Frost Fox Clan.
They controlled an entire continent.
Even if that continent was only one tenth the size of the Central Ho
Continent, it was still enormous.
Yet the clan itself only had two thousand mbers.
Lin Mu finally voiced his curiosity.
"I have a question regarding the Frost Fox Clan."
Huli Zu and Miyeon both looked toward him.
"You ntioned that they control the entire Eastern Prism Sky Continent," Lin
Mu continued calmly.
"That is correct," Miyeon replied.
"But with only two thousand mbers..." Lin Mu said thoughtfully. "Would that
not create serious administrative difficulties?"
ng Bai nodded imdiately.
"Even managing a single large kingdom would require thousands of officials."
Daoist Chu stroked his beard.
"Not to ntion the logistical problems of governing a continent."
Lin Mu continued.
"Even if every mber of their clan was involved in administration, it would
be insufficient."
Cattaleya leaned forward slightly.
"Unless they only control a single major city and claim the rest of the continent
by na."
Huli Zu chuckled.
"That would certainly be easier."
Miyeon, however, shook her head.
"No. The situation is a little more complex than that."
Her words imdiately caught everyone's attention.
"The Frost Fox Clan does rule the continent," she said, "but they are not the
only inhabitants there."
Lin Mu narrowed his eyes slightly.
"Oh?"
"There is another clan living there as well," Miyeon explained.
"And they are foxes too."
ng Bai tilted his head.
"Another foxkin clan?"
Miyeon shook her head again. "No."
"They are not foxkin."
There was a brief pause. "They are simply foxes."
Cattaleya blinked.
"...What?" Miyeon clarified.
"They are Frost Fox beasts."
Lin Mu imdiately saw the connection.
"Are they related to the Frost Fox Clan?" Miyeon nodded slowly.
"There is a historical relationship between them."
She leaned back slightly as she began explaining.
"Long before the foxkin arrived on this world, the land was already inhabited by many powerful beast races."
"The Frost Fox beasts were one of the dominant species."
"They ruled the entire Eastern Prism Sky Continent."
Huli Zu added.
"Even today, the majority of that continent's population consists of Frost Fox
beasts."
ng Bai frowned slightly.
"Then how did the Frost Fox Clan gain control?"
Miyeon continued the explanation.
"The foxkin arrived much later."
"When the first foxkin tribes settled on this world, they encountered the Frost
Fox beasts."
"There were conflicts at first."
"But eventually sothing unusual happened."
She paused briefly.
"The Frost Fox beasts were not ordinary beasts."
