Tang Yanqi looked at Qi Cheng, her smile growing gentler, "No, I just made a comparison."
"Comparison? What comparison?"
Qi didn’t follow Tang Yanqi’s train of thought, was stunned for several seconds before reacting and jumped up, "Oh my, Tangtang, you... are ruthless!"
Catching a glimpse of Sheng Jianan already returning from the restroom, Qi could only mutter these words begrudgingly and obediently sat back down.
The al was actually a bit awkward, although Qi Cheng knew well the relationship between Tang Yanqi and Sheng Jianan, she had to pretend not to know. And Tang Yanqi, apart from saying "thank you" to Sheng Jianan at the beginning, had almost zero interaction throughout.

After saying this, Qi Cheng dashed away. Tang Yanqi had words on the tip of her tongue, but Qi Cheng was already far gone.
The sky had darkened, streetlights and neon signs were already lit. Sheng Jianan looked at Tang Yanqi, her smooth black hair, slender body, lightly shivered as a breeze passed by. Sheng Jianan’s eyes darkened, he removed his jacket and placed it over her shoulders.
"Sheng..."
"Let’s go visit Grandpa at the hospital."
