After all, these people believed the danger in the fight did not pertain to them, so naturally, there was no reason for them to stay.

Though the casters also fought fiercely,
the disparity in size made their attacks ineffective at best, only serving to further enrage the increasingly aggressive sea monster.

At that mont, an angry roar filled the sky.
Seeing her city suffering such devastation, Dantrian could no longer contain herself. In a manner unsuited to the rhythm of combat, she pulled from the golden phantom behind her.
A book as thick as a dictionary.
Just like that, it converted from reality to illusion in her hands.

The next mont, a crimson light appeared on Dantrian.
The light, filled with imnse magic power, repelled everything around it, and even man-made deities couldn’t avoid this effect.
Then, a figure dashed out from within the crimson light and had reached above the port in the blink of an eye.
